    Finally got a reply from Target eBay. They said it was for the one month EA Access subscription and referred to the updated listing. This is rather annoying as other users and I were deceived into thinking it was a 12 month subscription as per the old description.

    I am sorry to any members who purchased this Xbox bundle and thought they were getting a 12 month EA Access subscription. I was quietly confident Target would honour this but I doubt it now.

    It would be great to start an Ozbargain Xbox One group in the foreseeable future :)

      i still think contractually they are bound by the original sale.
      if it was advertised coming with 12 mths and you purchased it you have a valid contract.
      they could perhaps offer refunds but to change the package sold post sale is i think illegal.

        They can amend it after the fact and you can then ask for a refund. Optimistic to think they have to honour something that may have been added in error.

    I was able to contact Target eBay and they have offered me either the 12 months subscription Ea or Assassins Creed Unity and Black Flag
    They also confirmed it was a typo but have decided to honour it as I showed them that I was deceived and they decided to follow through with their original offer
    If anyone needs some help getting this just message me and I will send you through the pictures need

          I find a polite response back to them saying 'Thank you for your response but unfortunately I have purchased your product thinking I will be receiving 12 months EA access as per your original listing and will be raising an Ebay case of "Not as advertised" and leaving negative feedback … usually gets them to change their minds.
          Basically the more of us that complain it will get escalated to management and they will probably just send out the 12 months as a good gesture.
          I would not give up - just keep pestering them

          I wont be giving up, I replied back politely saying that the 12 month access was part of the reason I purchased the bundle and would not have if it was not advertised as such. I said I felt deceived by target for not honoring their original listing, etc. I will wait and see what their next reply is before I start talking about a "not as advertised" case, however I think it will be my next step.

      Just got the email offering 12months or acu & black flag. Picked the 12 months. Go target.

      For anyone who needs to send them proof. If you just go to "purchase history" on ebay then click on the listing you bought. At the top of the page it says "The listing below has been updated by the seller, but you can see the item you purchased." Just click that and it clearly says 12 months ea.

          If you click on the listing in the "Orders" section of your ebay summary page, you will see "The listing below has been updated by the seller, but you can see the item you purchased." written at the top, if you click on it, it will display what the ad looked like at the time you purchased it.

          According to the revision log the description was updated first at 11:43AM and again at 1:12PM AEDST, my order went through at 10:56AM, so I am not sure which of the two times the change happened at, but as I said you can check.

    Update. I received my Xbox, with 1 month. I received an message from Target saying the following. Once I said I would leave bad feedback, etc. It got resolved.

    "We are happy to advise we have obtained the 12 month EA subscription token required as part of your Bundle package.

    These will be sent via registered post to the address listed on your eBay order.

    We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

    Have a great day!"

    So I am getting 13 months of EA Access now (1 month that I have and the 12 month on the way)

They got back to me once I attached a screenshot of the description at the time I purchased it (I explained how I did it above) and said I would be filing a "not as advertised" claim with eBay and leaving negative feedback. I also said that I felt deceived, I agreed to buy the bundle based on what was advertised.

        I would wait for their response though, it took awhile for me.

          Sadly i ordered my copy of halo 5 two hours before the delivery cost change :((
          Spoken to target and they doubt they will have stock back in but every other item i enquired about if stock would come in they said no but they all did
          So i suggest you keep looking every couple of hours
