Holy snapping duck sh*t. This looks epic!

Voyager is a good ship. I just sailed on Legend. It is ok, but not as nice as Voyager.

    • 19 days from Honolulu?

Those 6 sea days at the start were brutal.

    • Voyager was a better ship than Deep Space Nine, where they didn't go anywhere.

  • Hurry.

    5/11/15 Departs in 2 days… Hurry indeed

  • does the $280 include all meals?

    • +1

      Yes!

  • Tempting but as soon as you add an infant the price jumps to $1500

  • Amazing, extreme last minute but amazing.

  • +1

Looks like this boat has sailed:
"Failed to retrieve/validate required information to process your request. Please try again or contact customer service with the following if it continues: Invalid/missing sailing"

  • Anyone work in cruise industry? What happened when few days before departure date they only have a third or less customers booked in, would they heavily discounted the price, or just cope the losses?

    • +1

Prices are fluid throughout the year or two the cruise is on sale to try and avoid that, so if a cruise was not selling promos would have started long ago to get more cabins shifted.

    • +3

Doesn't the existence of this deal largely answer your question?

  • expired?

  • Prices still show on RCI but once through to the booking the prices go back to normal and the $280 magically equals the price per night for 2 people less tax rather than price per person per night.

  • +3

I've got a confirmation number, but on the Carribean cruises website my booking shows up but only as held. Fingers crossed it goes through!

    • Good luck! Prices back to normal if you search again on the Qantas site now.

  • I'm dirty that my missus has a work thing she has to run next weekend, had my trigger finger ready to go this morning (when it was first posted)…

  • I just tried another booking and while it now shows up as $2000ish the next price you see when you book is about $480 now. So still worth a shot.

    • for 2 ppl?

      • +1

        That was for 1 person.

  • Tax alone would be circa $180 so if anybody gets that $280 it's bargain of the year.

  • god that is cheap, i wonder why it goes up so much with a infant

    • +19

It's very costly for them to attach a 'baby on board' sign to the back of the ship.

  • Sorry, there are no Interior staterooms available for 2 guest(s).
Please update your number of guests, choose another sail date, or call 1-800-754-500 to speak to a Royal Caribbean accessibility specialist.

Looks like all the rooms have gone… for the inside ones that is

  • Where will the cruise go? Sail to brisbane and then go back to sydney? Any more details?

  • Is this another one like the Fremantle one that could never actually be booked? Almost like their website is producing price errors

  • +1

I sailed on Voyager last year dec. its just been refurbished. its a good ship. free room service is the best. all meals free and café opened 24 hr free
    go for it!

  • it was probably a pricing error. no longer available.

  • Oh well. For what it's worth the ozcruising $399 twin deal in South Pacific is back on. Posted yesterday. Not Royal Caribbean but can be booked.

  • Are these all pricing errors? I think this is the third one at least now

    • Yeh kind of feel like it's baiting the number of times it has happened

  • Anyone get it?

  • +1

I did a booking through Ozcruising and got an email with a booking reference number. Says I should receive confirmation email shortly.
    Let's see if it happens!

    • Can't see this Royal Carribean cruise on their website?

  • +3

oh wow, I wish I was awake when the deal was posted I would have booked it for sure. Why must these type of deals always occur when I decide to go to sleep early

  • if anyone got confirmation pls let us know. goodluck! was going to book for my parents. phoned my poor mum at 6am but unfortunately her passport expired.

  • +1

Keep the cruise deals coming, they all seem too good to be true. Love to go on a cheap cruise early next year.

  • +2

Status has changed from held to purchased on the Carribean cruises website. So looks like it was a valid deal!

  • +7

Wow! I got the deal and have paid for it! 2 ppl $758.60. What a bargain!! Thank you Voteoften!!

    • Awesome! Did you go through Qantas or the Royal Caribbean website?

      • +1

I used Qantas, who go through cruise guru.

        • Cool just trying to get an idea of where to keep a lookout for these last minute deals. Have a couple of months of Uni holidays coming up and at this price it's almost as cheap as staying home!

    • +1

Thanks Voteoften ! Deal of the year !!!

    • Well done and great deal, I hope there are some more cruise deals come along for early next year, I would go by myself on a whim at these prices.

    • Lucky bugger.

Enjoy the cruise……just slightly jealous I can't get such a deal.

  • Just thought I should have include that! It's through Ozcruising.

    • Is there a link or has it gone? Can't see any RC cruises departing 5th November

  • I doubt that Christmas cruises will be this discounted but I'd bet in Feb they will be offering good prices agsin. I paid $2400 fir this same cruise in December. Oversupply if boats and they can not change their schedules less than a couple if years out.

  • +1

November is the best month for bargains, it is know as a quiet time and for having the good deals.

  • Damn. Would have loved to go on this cruise! :(

  • -1

Now says $202 on the RC website?

Edit: only on mobile website. Go to full site and it's $2000+

  • What a bargain! The only relief to missing this deal is finding out that my mum's passport has expired. Would have been an amazing xmas present for the parents.

  • Good work all on a great deal
