    I ordered one but I accidentally left off my unit number so my neighbour might get it.

      Same thing happened to me last time with the screen protector. I think it cuts off the unit number with the address auto fill.
      I sent them a message with the order number, and they added the unit number to the address for me.

        We have 3 different bases: Australia, mainland China and Hong Kong.We have been doing merchandise business in Sydney for more than 20 years. After considering jump to global market online, last year we set up our main logistic warehouse in mainland China to distribute the products around the world which is more convenient and cheaper. For these promotions recently, we send the product from Shenzhen warehouse in China because these promotions target global customers (mainly in Euro and US). And that's why the promotion start time is at midnight Australian Time usually. But because Australia is our original market, we care about the customers here. And that's why we sometimes adding more extra stock for Aussies if it's grabbed out by customers in Euro and US. We plan to do some promotions only target Australia market in the future and the stock will be send out from local warehouse.

          Also I was amused with direct business style F2C (From factory straight away to Customer).

          It might be extremely inconvenient for Stock management and left-over stock but you can set the low price without worrying about the middleman.

          PS:
          You can ask for review for the product just like Amazon Review or ProductReviews web. I reckon you can get direct feedback from customer on what specific area should be improved & what they really need. THis way you can ask the manufacturer to change the design to be more useful instead of fancy & product durability.

          Also if you sell the german-quality item you can eradicate stereotype that Made-in-China product have a bad quality. What I mean if you guys can sell products like Xiao Mi, reasonable price + great quality, then I reckon the trustworthy & reputation of your website will be significantly improved.

    I wonder how hard it is to put malware on these. It's already possible with chargers so I imagine it would work here as well. Obviously, android is much more vulnerable than ios in this case.
