      Has it billed you? When this happened to me, there was no email, no CC authorisation, login details didn't work. It didn't even register in their system.

      Is it registering your attempts? if so, won't you have lots of accounts to cancel then…

      (just looking to clarify what you meant by spam) Is it sending you an email to say you are registered and to verify your email? I only got this email after I had a successful order.

      I had this error a few times, but I hope it hasn't meant there are several hidden accounts under my name…

        No I only got the 50% newsletter no account details or number

        there's no account confirmation, I don't think my payment has gone through nor the account is created by Amaysim but my email is being recorded

        I can't find a way to unsubscribe that list. It almost make this not legit collecting email addresses

      Their next day delivery never arrival on the next day. But you can always make a complain and they will ask you to buy a sim from coles or woolworths. They will pay the $2 sim fee into your credit.

    It's a great budget friendly service however that comes at the cost of customer service.
    I have been with them since MARCH 2014 and have had i few issues. Originally even though I kept selecting that I did not want to be automatically charged as I could get discounted vouchers from my place of work they still charged my card no matter how many times I turned off automatic payments. Then I left my place of work so it didn't matter in the end but the issue was never resolved.

    Guys, it seems that you can't just switch payments to Vouchers. You need to actually cancel it. Apparently other people also have had problems. Using the portal to cancel auto-renewal also results in an autorenewal for the next month.

    I'm very concerned now…

      Use a debit card and keep a low balance. They'll just get rejected if they try to charge you after a month.

          I'm with ING and there were plenty of times I tried to overcharge by mistake, it just gets declined, no fees.

          Correct, my bank will charge me $5 dishonored fee and if it attempts to do it again then another $5. You will end up owning your bank money…

      I actually asked on live chat today. After activating the sim, another option comes up on the website that allows you to cancel auto-renew. You need to do that.

    I got greedy and took a risk. Used cashrewards with EBAY25 instead of FIVER. FIVER appears on the CR site, so it should be accepted, but EBAY25 does not.

    The email confirmation told me I was on an AS YOU GO plan. Is this normal?

        The CB is for buying a sim card, not staying on the service.

        But if you used a code that's not on CR website, you might not get any CB at all. I took a chance.

          Unfortunately not :(

          EC (aka the king of Amaysim referrals) has advised previously that you need to stay on the amaysim plan for 90 days in order to receive the Cashback credit.

          Cashrewards even say on their own website that cashback rewards are confirmed after 90 days and that "Rewards will not be payable if the goods or services are cancelled"

    It's been 24 hours since I've activated my SIM.. no eBay code to be seen.

    Update: Jumped onto the online chat and have been advised that eBay are experiencing problems with issuing voucher codes. I will receive my code on the 7th of December; at the latest, 8th. Thanks Keerat.

    Anyway can I switch to Bpay payment as soon as I checked out the Amaysim SIM card for $5 using the code?

    This shouldn't affect the eBay voucher right? Since I have already paid that SIM card literally
