[Unlocked, 'As New' AU Stock] Apple iPhone 5S 16GB $437; 32GB $469; 64GB $500 @ Helo Molto eBay

45

Been trying to find a decent phone for my mum's birthday and I think this is a great option so went ahead with it because of the price!

All are I went ahead with the 16GB model but here are the specs of all:

  • Australian Stock with 12 months warranty on all devices;
  • Colour: Space Grey
  • Sealed in Box- all phones Unlocked
  • Free delivery
  • No clarity on when the deal will last but upon doing some desktop research they typically do these deals for a month

32gb Model - $469

64gb model - $500

Hope I've helped!

Many thanks,

Dan

    Directly from the eBay listing:

    but not brand new unit

It may or may not come in its original retail packaging

accessories such as the charger and earphones that come with it may come with after-market equivalents

All of our phones … may have been activated earlier

You can contact us for any warranty claim instead of the manufacturer

We may ship your item directly from our international warehouse

OP, I think you've been taken for a ride. The average sold price on eBay for 16GB refurbished models is $300-$400

Read buyers' critical feedbacks before you buy.

  • You got scammed
    Chinese used stock

    • How so? I don't see anything around this.

      • +4

You bought an overpriced Chinese refurb with no warranty from Apple good luck

95 negative feedback over the last 12 months. Have you even looked at the feedback profile?

Do a PayPal dispute. They are advertising it in the Condition as New, never used. And then in a small note later they are saying refurbished.
Go to PayPal and ask for money back as it isn't new at all.

Sorry to rub it in but I would be trying to cancel via seller or eBay/PayPal.

I just bought an iPhone 5S 32 Gb in pristine condition on Gumtree for $350.
I checked the serial beforehand and knew it's an Apple refurb just under a year old.

Anyway, may I suggest more homework needed in future.
    Good luck…

    EDIT
Place to check serial numbers before you buy is:
    http://www.chipmunk.nl/klantenservice/applemodel.html/
if seller won't give you the serial number, then avoid.

    • Interesting link but what valuable info you can find there?
For my refurb iPhone it didn't say anything about refurb.

  • Seller Notes: “This phone is guaranteed to be 100% GENUINE and has never been used by an end consumer. All our phones leave our fulfillment centre in pristine and as new condition (note-not NEW condition, but AS NEW condition) with absolutely NO sign of wear. This is as new and pristine condition but not brand new unit. The unit has absolutely NO defects. It may or may not come in its original retail packaging. Whilst the handset is 100% genuine, accessories such as the charger and earphones that come with it may come with after-market equivalents that are fully compatible with the phone. For some stocks if possible, we will include original accessories. All of our phones are fully backed by our (not Apple's) 12MTH Australia-wide warranty and may have been activated earlier. You can contact us for any warranty claim instead of the manufacturer. Actual battery life may vary depending on usage patterns, installed apps and phone settings. We may ship your item directly from our international warehouse. Please feel free to email us if you are not sure.”

    • I like how these people use the terms "fulfillment center" and "warehouse" to make you think they are this huge conglomerate selling billions of dollars a year.

  • Used stock marked as new.
