          Users have reported it works on both eBay and Paypal as of the last few hours. Should be OK however officially eBay are still fixing things and has not officially launched the sale…again.

          actually i followed the tute from the Sony site, however this is a little better put together,

          Yes i backed it up and had no issue's you'll need to do that before doing the above, extremely easy to physically change it, a little bit time consuming for loading the software and restoring :)

          if you have PS+ def the way to go, and i've stopped buying game discs :)

          @bbourizk: just one thing there will be two PS firware downloads on the PS site, one is an upgrade and one is the full OS … make sure you get the bigger file. the tute points that out its about 800mb or maybe more now :)
