COTD Ciriaco Customer Service via message stated that if you have bought items and a 10% has not been deducted, just jump on the chat at the bottom right hand corner of your screen and it will be manually adjusted for. It seems there is a system issue that they have escalated

  I just tried to add a few items into the basket and the 10% discount wasnt applied. When does it start?

    Suppose to have started. I jumped onto the chat box at the bottom right hand corner. A customer service person called CIRIACO said that COTD will manually adjust the 10% as the system is currently having an issue. It's not a common name so hopefully his colleagues will be able to help you once you point him out on the chat for a refund of 10%.

      Looks like they've fixed the issue. I've just placed an order and the 10% discount appeared automatically in my cart.

  They have LEGO 75094 Tydirium, which is hard to find in Australian shops normally.
