I +1'd this deal as it is a great price… however the USA return rate has been pretty high. Buyers may prefer to buy from a store they can return this device to without incurring a postage fee.

Mine (purchased from MSY) has been working fine, I had to fiddle about a fair bit to get win7 installed, and even now I still haven't gotten all the bells and whistles intsalled properly (for some reason can't install CIR).
