  • Head belt! 😵

  • Now you can pokemon hands-free

    • But you can't throw the Pokeballs, shaking my head.

  • Is there any reason that this shouldn't be as good/effective as the Samsung VR headset?

    • +1

FOV, adjustment on lenses. Most of these cheap vr headsets put the phone too far and you can see borders, totally ruins immersion. The cardboards are more immersive

There's a big techincal reason I could explain; but in short, Samsung VR and a few others use the "Oculus" API.
This provides perfect drift-free stable viewing by doing funky math stuff with ALL the phones sensors.

The apps for this are based on the Cardboard API; which relies on compass, and Gyro. You'll often get 'Drift' while you're doing things.

Long story short; for the price, I'd DEFINITELY buy this over ordering a Google Cardboard. But no, it wont be as good without the Oculus VR software and Hardware.

  • so how does the coupon works? what is EB Points and Mobile Disc code?

  • Is the focal length adjustable? I'd like to be able to wear this without glasses.

  • Please be warned that everbuying are now almost as bad as banggood and the like.

While they seem to have certain items in stock, most of what they sell is now a scam, they don't have stock of the item and are making money from holding your money while PayPal resolves a dispute when the item fails to arrive in a months time. This seems to be the case with bigger items more so than the small ones.

Steer clear unless you're willing to take a punt and go through the hassel of PayPal disputes for months on end.

    • If you have problem with any item which is not delivered. You can always ask Becky or me. If it's not arrived within 45 business days we are happy to refund your money.
