Just rang Map and spoke to Ashley, they will be honoring all orders, they may not be dispatched until late next week…does not know of any email notifications going out cancelling orders. Confirmed my order, which was 590 odd later than caspochek's order number listed above.

I NEED a new machine, but will wait…and gag on Moccona instant until it arrives.

I called them and was told not to worry all orders will be honored, and shipping will start next week as the response was too overwhelming for them.

Also you may get different colour than black because they ran out of black ones! Apparently black colour is their best seller and they have excess of other colours. If u prefer another color maybe u'll get lucky :).

I really hate waiting but with a deal like this it might be worth it

Another update, units are being mass shipped today and tommorrow. Everyone should expect delivery sometime next week. Black colour not guaranteed, a bit of a lottery.

  Minewas shipped express today via StarTrack and has an ETA of Friday. I'm on very friendly terms with the StarTrack driver so hopefully it should be here in time for an afternoon coffee.

    I'm not sure that is true as my order is in the low 300s and arrived this morning. Colour is black and it works as advertised, although I haven't tried the milk option.
    
    The 80 free capsules don't expire until August 2017 which is a nice bonus as I was half expecting they would expire in the next 3 months.

Emailed 11.08am, I accepted WHITE…the 'boss' of me quite likes the white, mainly because it is not stark white…paid by CCard order….98x….all good here.

They haven't even processed my order, let alone contacted me about colour. Order number 29X, purchased in the first couple of hours. What sort of mickey mouse operation are they running? I ordered black, I want black, and I want it before people who ordered after me. I don't think that is unreasonable… especially as they are still selling the black for $399 in stock.

    The discount code is written right there on the page for all to see. If it was supposed to be targeted, they didn't do a great job at that part either. I am very happy that they will honour the deals, and I don't mind if it takes weeks to get it, but it's pretty disappointing that they aren't processing the orders in the order in which they were received… surely people who ordered first should get first crack at whatever black machines they have available. I think I have been patient - it's been over 6 days and they haven't even taken my money while other people who ordered after me have received their machines.

      Which means you have to have access to the CODE, which was posted online by a kind person to share it, it was not available to the general public, you cant just go to there website and find it for sale at $149.

      As its had thousands of clicks DUE TO THE CODE BEING POSTED ON OZBARGAIN it appears in the search results.
      
      If the CODE was not put up here, it wouldnt be so high up, but if someone did some googling of course you might of come across it if you were lucky.

      My point was not that it was high up - my point was that the page was not hidden to search engines (a simple robots.txt file would have hidden it sufficiently). It also didn't specify on the page the restrictions of who could use the code (in case the link was shared, as it was here).
      
      The lack of those two precautions means the page with the code on it was public and the ability to add it to your cart and buy it with the code was available to the general public, which directly contradicts your statement that it wasn't. QED.
      
      I applaud them for honouring the deal (although they haven't honoured it yet for me, and if they don't honour it with black as advertised, then they have certainly shifted the goal posts).

      If it was meant for CBA customers, it should have said so on the page. It doesn't. In fact, the code I used didn't even had CBA in it.
      I'm not sure how many ways you need to be told that the page was public and there was no advertised restrictions on who could use the code, so I'm done with you. Thanks for playing.

      Not a hidden link not even encrypted. They had 3 different codes including generic one for Mothers day. I guess they're happy to flog it at the price but if it becomes widely known it undermines their retailers like Harvey Norman trying to sell it for $499.

      I don't know why the above reply was negged. yes the company stuffed up by not protecting the code and not processing FIFO basis. but you can't expect them to honour the advertised black deal nor can you say the link has been made public in Google. As Ozzymac said many times the link only shows up in google because it became popular after being advertised here. We all got lucky with the code and should be thankful for that and to the fact they agreed to honour the deal.
