Had a listen to these the other day. Was hugely impressed with all that they can do. I'd be buying them for features, not for sound quality.

It's still a little pricey for me to jump but will definitely get a pair at the right price.

    Excellent Noise Cancellation. Had music on low and I couldn't hear my friend talking that was standing directly beside me.

Just FYI: these sound exactly the same as the QC25. The main difference is that the QC35 has Bluetooth (good for iPhone 7). Good deal, REP can you make it $399?

I got a pair of Bose soundtrue 2 the other day they seem to be good but still a bit pricey, picked them up for $235 at jbhifi, just no noise Cancelling but the cans seem to block out majority of outside noise.

      Just go to the store, tell them a friend of yours bought it for this price and you have a copy of his receipt. If they ask for it show them the receipt. It should be easy enough. just be friendly and you should get it.

Myer is having a Super Saturday sale tomorrow (Sept 10th 2016).
20% off Audio among other things.
Link does state that Bose QC is not included in the sale, but it's worth a try for anyone still keen on getting the QC35 for $399.
A bit of smooth talking with Myer Sales staff is in order to get them to give you the discount tho! It's been done before in a previous post.

    You have missed the point.
    They have offered at the lowest price in Australia and you guys still say it is not good enough.
    And even after they say this is their best price more people come on and ask the same question.
    
    They have knocked $75 off BOSE which is rare (like Apple). It is not RRP.

So I both called and physically went down to Myer Bourke St (Melbourne), told the Bose rep that other Myer stores are matching $365.. to no avail. He said the best they can do for any electronics is 20% off due to the low margins and that just because other Myer stores did it doesn't mean they have to… sob
