          On a side note, I tried purchasing Google Play gift cards using a Coles gift card at self checkout on Sunday, to take part in this deal (link)

          There was a step where it needed the store attendant to come and write the expiry date on the card. The guy came over, asked if I needed the expiry date and I said no, he then swiped his staff card to get the machine to continue, but saw me holding a Coles gift card in my hand.

          He then asked if he could see the Coles gift card. I gave it to him, he then said I couldn't use it to buy gift cards. I told him I'd done it plenty of times before and he said it worked on the machine but technically wasn't allowed. I asked him to let it slide just this once and he agreed, although I decided to pay using Android Pay over two cards to make use of this deal (link) and he seemed more comfortable given it was only part payment on the gift card.

          So not sure whether the purchase at Woolies requires an attendant to finalise but something to be aware of!

          Definitely no attendant interaction needed for Rebel and Supercheapauto cards unless they changed it since last promo.
          It does for Woolworths Wish.

          @cloo: I was buying the Coles MasterCard gift cards and the machine called the attendant to put the expiry date on the card even though it is already printed on the back.

          1) Buy Woolworths eGift 5% via cashrewards portal (that goes directly to woolworths giftcard purchase portal) and pay with amex platinum edge. I'm not sure how the points system works
          2) Go use the eGift voucher to buy 15% extra value on Supercheapauto.

    Woolies gave me an extra card of equivalent value.

          No, it was the day after. I complained during the promo about the value not being added and checked the day when they finally responded to my fb msg.
          They loaded the extra 10% after the last day of the promo.
          They also claimed that the rebel website wasn't showing the true value (Woolworths fb team) and the issue has been rectified. But that's a straight out lie, friend couldn't use their extra 10%, and so did other ozbargain members.

    Nice I bought some last time they were 10% off from this deal- www.ozbargain.com.au/node/262485 and they worked perfectly.

    Only bad thing is if you are buying from SCA online you can only use 1 card per order.

      If not a staff member wait for 20% off storewide. Someone smarter than me can work out potential total % off as I'm pretty sure it's more complicated than 5+15+20=40.

        Let's say you want to get those fully sik chrome hub caps that cost $115 after the 20% off storewide because they add 20kw of power to your car. So…
        Original price = $143.75
        New price = $115
        Woolworths $100 e-voucher = $95 after 5% discount
        therefore your $115 Supercheap Auto gift card cost you $95

        So in total, you paid $95 for the rims and $95 / $143.75 * 100 =~ 66.1, and 100 - 66.1 = 33.9 so……

        Actual discount = 33.9%

        I'm pretty sure this is right, it's harder to do than using mathematical proof, but it's easier to understand for someone who doesn't know the maths behind it. Correct me if I'm wrong!

    Confirming this worked perfectly! I bought several gift cards from woolworths on the Wednesday (enough to pay for the air compressor i wanted + a dash cam!) and went to supercheap on Friday to make my purchases :) Worked perfectly and additional 15% credit was on the cards.
    Got to love 15% discount (via cards) on the items i wanted which were already on sale :)

    Oh and signed up for the super cheap member card for $5 which gave me $10 credit but keeps a copy of all my receipts on file for warranty purposes!
    Winning!
