    I followed the steps (though they seem confusing, because there are two steps to add items to the cart, steps 2 & 5), but still I can't find where to put the code.

      Try again - clear your browser cookies or cookies from tmlewin.com.au (or try a different browser/private window).

      Then add a full priced item like an umbrella to your cart then visit the checkout, the coupon box should appear.

        was just replying to your comment, but yes there was a box for promotion codes. However, I visited the website again to check, but the box seemed to have disappeared.

          Yeah, as the OP has suggested above, I've tried a different browser and found the code box, but the price even after the discount was still $44.95 though. It just gave me discount for the delivery (though the says there's already been a 50% discount on items, but no further discount was applied with this code).

        After I added a full priced item (a belt in my case), I went 'proceed to checkout', check out as guest, and the box was there on the right hand side.

          OK, I've got it working at last. You have to keep deleting history and play cat and mouse with their site to be able to add items and get the promo code box showing at the same time (and it's necessary to follow OP's steps religiously as well). Ta

    Rare to get these below $40 so good deal OP. Having now tried both TM Lewin and Charles Tyrwhit, I think I prefer the fit & fabric of the latter - but both make excellent shirts for the price.

    Can I recommend everyone firstly go for Twill weave and non-iron, then choose other styles (oxford, easy-iron, etc) if you're not happy with them. It makes a very big difference to your lives having these two options.

      The non-iron one aren't difficult to iron. I still give them a quick iron. They stay much better through out the day too.

      Great deal, I got it last time this double pronged attack happened. They sent everyone an email too saying they would let us keep them at the cheaper price even though it was a hole in the system. Looks like they forgot to plug the hole!

          Yeah it could cost them a bit. But it would be offset by a lot more transactions they are getting from people like me who are normally hesitant to buy things like clothes online for the fear of paying return shipping if we have to return for fitting issue or color choices :-)

      If you live near a store you can drop them in there for free returns / exchanges. If not I guess you could post them to an AU store to return them which would be significantly cheaper than posting them back to the UK. I'd call the store first to set that up though.

      If u are using a PC, it available as a fabric filter option on the left side menu.l and choose non iron.
      On the mobile, the refine by button doesn't seem to work for me but that's where you would find option for fabric filter.

    Called the Brisbane store and was told that if I screenshotted the deal "All shirts $40" with a date and time that they would honour it instore. Might be useful for those like me who have no idea about sizing.

      I recently purchased several shirts from them (poplin and twill) and am pretty happy with the quality. It's my first purchase so can't comment on what their quality used to be though. Their sizing options are decent, however I do find them still a bit too loose around the waist but slimmer than CT. If you can I do recommend to head into one of their stores to try them on. They honour the $40 discount in store too

    I have a feeling the order is going to be rejected. Usually when you pay with PayPal you receive an email from PayPal confirming the payment. I haven't received this email yet.

      Others have also faced the issue with delayed PayPal payment receipts. If you login to your PayPal account though you should see a pre-authorisation charge.

      I just bought a couple, worked fine. I used the Microsoft browser to do it, whatever that's called now, 'Edge' I think. Ran with that because I never use it so knew I would be starting fresh.

          Mine was delivered on Monday. I wasn't at home and they took it to my local Post office, where I picked it up yesterday.
