  • Can I use my $100 voucher combine with this deal?

    • +1

      No you can't

Not to be used in conjunction with any other eBay offer, coupon or voucher. Only one redemption code can be used per transaction.

    • nope, cannot stack.

    • have they send out voucher codes yet ??

      • +1

        Yes. My code was FORU100

        • thank you mate ;) just tried it and works.

  • I wish Dell P2715Q is present in the sale. Any equivalent monitor? Need 4K monitor for using with rMBP.

    • +1

      Read the post before commenting.

    • The link on the deal already did.

  • thanks. bought a babybjorn cot for 248 delivered from the nile. RRP 395 around 350 on average.

    • I wonder which store did you get it from?

      • the nile is the ebay store. link above. the silver is 309. the other colours are 330 or something like that.

  • Looking for a decent set of Stereo speakers at $100~ range. anyone know?

    • -2

      Computer says no.

  • Just like to confirm, if I bid on an item from one of the listed sellers and win the item, I can use the code at checkout? (Not just for buy it now items)?
    Thanks!

    • Yes, you can, in condition that you pay on or before 7 Nov.

  • Futu sold out of Samsung EVO 850? eBay keeps freaking out trying to order. Hope they get more before it ends.

    • All in stock apart from the 120GB, link to all. The prices aren't very good though compared to previous deals.

  • +7

I'm a bit disappointed the max discount is only $1000…that means my discount on this item ends up being a mere 0.1%

Still, I'm tempted to pull the trigger.

    • I nose-laughed :)

    • +1

      $12500 in cashrewards though!!!

      • +4

That settles it, I'm getting 2!

        • Put me down for eleventy billion in this group buy!

  • +1

All of this stuff is crud.

Agreed. Here you go Tunzfun - this one is waterproof and less than $20

        • -5

@dm01: if you wanted to be witty, youd at least post one thats eligible for the discount

          2/10 for effort

        • +3

Perhaps but at least it's a Silver edition.

    • You are looking for something like this. Not in this sale though.

  • I've been looking for a desktop PC / server to turn into a 24/7 seed box / fileserver / VPN / pfsense / plex box.

I see lots of gaming desktops but nothing particularly compelling value-wise—-unless anyone sees something I don't? the HP EliteDesk looks good (but ~$1,200-1,400 is a bit much $$$) and I figure an i7 would be enough to run everything well. Not sure a graphics cards is necessary if it will be headless.

    • why not get a nuc

or harvest some parts from OCAU

      • I've definitely considered that but not sure I can fit in the drives I need plus 2 NICs.

Definitely leaning towards a small form factor desktop PC

  • Does anyone know if the tax invoice will show the full price before the 20% off? I'm just trying to work out how much money i'll get back with TRS.

    • +1

That is depends upon the seller. I received one tax invoice including 20% discount and another one is not included. So always calculate gst after 20% off. If you get extra then it is a bonus.

  • Good work! Bought myself a Garmin Vivosmart HR :)

  • Logitech cordless mouse buttons on my parents mouse stopped working correctly. Any good deals on a decent brand replacement cordless mouse for there PC.

  • My Orbweaver started playing up last night, top row of buttons showing as 2 inputs rather than 1 so had a quick look on the eBay sale.

Only Wireless1 had stock of them and their price ended up being the same as MSY, so will head there tonight instead - so another not really a sale post!

    • What about all the cashrewards cashback or virgin velocity points you've missed out on now!

      • Spoken like a true OzBargainer!

Wireless1 price for Orbweaver with 20% off is 175.2 with Cashback at 1.25% that is total of $173.01

MSY has 10% off keyboards from now until Sunday so the $175 Orbweaver is $157.50

Not sure on the value of Velocity, but under the Qantas card I would use at 1 point per $, 173 points is about (depending on spend) about $2 - so still only $171 - ergo still better off going to MSY this weekend.

        • 2points per $1 at velocity! No idea about qantas. But fair enough, still easily much cheaper at MSY!

  • Looking for a good ergonomic keyboard mouse combo, suggestions anyone please?

    • -1

      use the search link?

      • Thanks so much @TheClipIt

  • -1

I've added an item sold by pc.byte to my cart in the afternoon and the price was then $229.95.

I wanted to check out in the evening and now the price has been bumped up to $289!

    :(

    • I have complained to the ACCC. Ref # REF2020882

If you face the same with pc.byte, you may want to bring it to ACCC attention and quote the above reference number.

      • the sale is provided by ebay not pCByte

they dont have to sell at the discounted price

        • -1

yes, but they are supposed to sell at the realistic/close to true price and not at an inflated price because they realised that folks were buying using the discount code.

        • +1

meh pc byte is doing the price hiking not ebay.

  • Any good store for mobile accessories like cases etc in this sale?

  • Probably a stupid question but what is the best way to pay for some stuff on eBay? PayPal or debit or credit card or etc?

    • if you intend to use a coupon/voucher on ebay, you'll have to use paypal. I recommend using paypal regardless (even on other websites) as your credit card information is not divulged to the merchant, you get paypal's buyer protection, as well as 8 free returns annually. Also, it's a lot easier to track your purchases if you're anything like me and have 4 different credit cards linked to a paypal account.

  • Any codes that work on laptops from a buyer thats not a store?

  • +2

Of course even though the T&C's say it ends 11:59 AEST on the 7th, it actually ended 11:59 AEDT which is an hour earlier. Stupid daylight savings.

    • I just encountered the same issue and emailed support about it. :(

    • +1

Take it easy buddy. Nothing to worry about. Another deal 20% might be coming soon and hopefully site wide this time.
