Thanks OP. Wasn't willing to switch to a 12-month contract for 2GB extra but this just tips the deal for me, especially with data gifting and rollover.
Yeah. It's got me thinking now too. Also, don't forget the unmetered music streaming till 31/01/18 (which is past the 12 mths contract date if you sign up before deal ends on 28/12/16).
Does virgin provide unlimited international call in these plans?
No. You get $200 / mth that rolls over - i.e. unused portion of the $200 allowance from previous month rolls over & will be used after the current month's $200 allowance. This means the most it will be is $400 if you didn't use any from prior month. It's the same system as the data roll-over.
Currently on the $40 byo for 10gb, tried the link got message "Sorry, we don't have any plans that you can change to at this time. Please Contact Us and we'll take a closer look at your options"
That's weird. I'm on the same plan, and I can see both month to month and 12 month contract options.
hmmm 3.5GB for the same price and 12 months locked in. Worth it ?
why is there no any good offer for $10-$20 per months, say $15 for 4gb and $10 for 3gb?

Family member works for virgin and I can confirm that this isn't targeted. All customers are eligible for 13.5GB provided they switch an existing number to this plan.
Good deal. Moving up from my existing BYO $30 1.5 gig plan from 4 years ago to this 13.5 gig plan for an extra $10/month is worth it!
My wife just got this deal.
Last week, she still had 4 days before her 24 months contract ends. She couldn't see this deal on her Virgin page.
But she logged in to her account just now, this 13.5g plan appeared on her account.
So I was in VIRGIN but changed last year to the OPTUS 10gb but my contract is almost up and i want the 13.5gb so…
Can i sign up on the M2M OPTION and then LOG INTO my ACCOUNT and change to 12M contract and get the bonus 1.5gb?
Any other perks (beside gifting)? Cant get student discount? Data sharing accross DATA plans or other bonus's??

I moved from month to month to 12 month and got 1.5 bonus. So believe you should get it too. Please check with them.
