There's At least someone that has a bad experience with every telco that creates a negative stigma. Just google it and u find every telco has wrong a customer at some point. Midas well not go with anyone
Spintel is just fine for mobile and this is a better deal than what I'm on.
But I don't need this much data. :p
I've had no experience with Spintel but Optus coverage around us is extremely patchy from good to nothing :(

I was with spintel for a few months when they had a good mobile deal.
Phone support was crap. Mobile calls and texts all ok, data seemed a bit slow at times, but not anything to complain about. They didn't bill me any extra charges they shouldn't, or have hidden charges (e.g. TPG).
Overall, satisfactory - no more, no less.
My current plan is $10/month as I can cope with 2GB/mo. I know people without fixed broadband though and for those who desire 30GB it seems to be this or the jeenee.org.au offering.
Will all depend on what kind of capacity they're paying for the Optus WMB AGVCs.
If they've been stingy on those then it'll be like the issues you see with NBN customer complaining for sheet speed during the night time peak.
