Original 20% off at The Good Guys eBay Deal Post

Been tracking them for a while. This is the best price you can really get. Sub $400 for new one is really good. These are relatively quiet.

  • Not sure how accurate these reviews are, and only 1 is applicable to the VR63409LV (and it was a 1 star), but it gets a very mixed bag here:

  • +1

Had a lot of problems with it, such that it got fixed once & then second time got a full refund approved by LG.
Now have the Neato Botvac Connected

    • Neato botvacs are so much superior. One of me mates really showed me how it was a better option than a Roomba 7xx. Have one myself, worth the money.

    • Looks good. However, this is in next range of over $800. Seems like there are 3 tears now for these. Really cheap ones (around $200 from Aldi), Budget (around $400) and premium (over $800).
Premium it seems can't beat Neato. I'll give it a go with this one. I used to have old school iroomba 430 few years back. It was good but just really loud. This one seems to be quieter and slight improvement. Premium ones seem to have made giant leap forward in technology

  • Had a roboking for a few years and whilst it was gòod back in the day, its capabilities have now been left behind by others. Its definitely prone to gettimgs caught and repairs as we had to take ours to be serviced multiple times during the warranty period. I see now see this unit as being nothing more than a sweeper with a light suction ability. Personally we invested in a Sumsumg Pbot as an exceptional replacement and havent looked back since.

  • I have first hand experience with model VR64604LV, which i own. Get something else its crap like LG tech support.

  • +1

for similar price, we've got a Xiaomi Robot for 2 weeks! excellent, one charge last ~3 hours, cleans well, remembers where it's been, very clean job, dont even need to run every other day.
only thing, it speaks Chinese, not tried to see if English is available, haven't download the app yet.

    • Glad to hear it - I just ordered one last week so I'm really looking forward to giving it a shot, having moved from a Roomba.
I've a Xiaomi Yi (action cam) that originally started off in Chinese only for the app but eventually got translated.
So hopefully they do the same thing for the vacuum.

  • We had a robot cleaner and later on we got a dyson V6 stick and wish we just went with that. By the time you have setup for the robot (Move dining room chairs etc) you would have vacuumed the floor with the stick and done a better job. Our roboking just sits in the garage now.

  • filing the whole robot vacuum product category under "quick landfill electronics"

  • Get the roomba - almost same price and better robot

  • I've just sold my Roomba 780 but bought the Xiaomi alternative.
If anyones in the market, I'd defnitely give it a look.
On paper, looks to tick all the boxes of a $800+ vacuum, but at half that price.
