• Their store has now been relisted on eBay.
• They will send a notification out to buyers to let them know.
• Their warehouse is going through the backlog of orders and is almost caught up.
• They are getting a huge amount of customer queries but they are replying within 1 day. Feel free to contact them to confirm.

      In "My Ebay" next to the item there's 4 icons just to the right. Second one if you mouse over it will display the date sent (assuming it's not greyed out and has actually been sent).

        Thanks for that, I was viewing on my iPad so used the MacBook and all good. Posted on the 19th which is pretty crap considering the eBay listing ETA was 16th

      Yep already tried, this is their response

      Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or refund your order as communicated on all of our product listings. Due to the various parties involved we have already settled funds with the 3rd party gift card program that you bought cards from - and this is not capable of being reversed.

      We have had other buyers let us know they're order has only just arrived given the slow mail delivery at this time of year

        That's bulldust.

        All the gift cards have unique serial numbers or something. They can cancel it & reissue or refund.

        Complain to Consumer Affairs or something.

        I'm never buying Gift Cards by mail again.

  I haven't received it either. I contacted PayPal and eBay, they won't do the refund.

    I'm in the same boat. Purchased on the 7th of December and never received it. The seller said they can't do a refund and because I only selected the free shipping there is no tracking. I can't believe that eBay won't do anything about it.
