    You can still buy Mi5 with Music Package, this is actually better value. The Mi Piston 3 for extra $9 USD is cheap, this headphone is on ozbargain deal for more than this price.

    Just got the Mi Max. Son has iPhone 4 which has carked it, so thought I would upgrade to this and let
    him have my Redmi Note 2. Probably gonna look like d**k when I put the phone to my ear to make a call, its huge! ;) lol

      The frame on these ipaky ones are cheap frail plastic that cracks easily. Look elsewhere.

      I ended up going with an aluminum framed case to give the phone some more rigidity. As I am still worried I will break the phone in my pocket due to how bendy it is

    Just bought a Note 4 Prime. DHL was AU$ 31.42 WTF?? But I won't mind if it comes within the 8-16 days as mentioned coz I am flying out in 3 weeks time. Fingers crossed!! Am I being too optimistic?

      Probably, during this holiday/sale period.
      I purchased an RNP3 kate on 12/12/16, shipment info received by DHL in HK on 13/12/16, still has not updated since then. The delay is in transit from CN to HK.
      Once DHL receives it in HK, it is likely be delivered within the week from what I've read.

        "Shipment Information Received" is basically the seller creating a shipping label. The seller then has to hand over to DHL, which these AliExpress sellers seem to take their happy sweet time with.

        Effectively that "shipment information received" is just a way of tricking AE into thinking it's been shipped out.

      You missed it, Mi5, Mi Max, RMN4 all sold out now, you can keep checking in case it comes back in stock. It is back in stock NOT because they add more stock but because some orders got automatically cancelled by Aliexpress payment system.

          @fchis: I don't think they add more stock, just some orders got cancelled either by buyers or the payment system, their fraud prevention system is very annoying, I have orders cancelled before and lost the coupon I used for that order.

          @fchis: The annoying part is that I used exactly the same credit card for previous orders to the same buyer details and it went through. Aliexpress CSR told me they can't reinstate the order and asked me to order again. The sale is over, price increase and coupon is used, I am really pissed with them but nothing can be done.

          @samehada: Strange. I've placed well over 200 orders and never had that problem. I've used the same credit card since opening my account, never changed the details, it just works. Pretty sad you've had to deal with it though. Is there any way to avoid it or triggers for it?

          @samehada: When i went through checkout, it asked me about 5 times to re-enter my cc details.. and then at the end of it, it failed.. so went through the process again which worked..

          When it failed, it gave me some sort of error message saying that the authentication server for the CC had been reset and that I had to try again. I think it's because their payment gateway is being hammered and just gives up.

    Is there a way to change the shipping method after i already bought the item? I intend to use dhl express shipping and pay for extra but for some reason shipping option is aliexpress standard shipping (21-60 days)! Im quite certain i selected dhl express during checkout process. Hope there is a way to change it.

        Common slot for sim 2 and sd card on redmi 3 pro.. I suppose its the same for these phones too.. Not sure though.. So either put sd card or second sim or alter the sd card form by filing it to accomodate both..

      The prices were insane, the seller was legitimate, problem with ebay is you 9/10 times get a fake phone and it ends in tears
      I can see paypal is the real protection on ebay though vs AliExpress but in all honesty I have never really had an issue

      The Mimax was 226 and then ~30 shipped via DHL so a good phone for 250 shipped via DHL is definately better than any ebay site.

    I have bought Mi Max with DHL shipping service and I have never bought from Aliexpress before,
    how am I going to get DHL tracking number and I did mistakenly add P.O Box address,
    I did message to seller to change the address but still no reply from the seller, must be very busy with thousands of orders,
    I never worry with Paypal payment but with Aliexpress, YES, fingercorss

      i have ordered with aliexpress before and dhl and put a po box. they end up messaging you asking for a diffenrent address before they send.

      the stupid thing for me was - where i am in sydney , dhl dont deliver to and it gets contracted out to startrack (auspost) so i could have used a po box but dhl obviously dont look that far ahead.

    I live less than 10km from Hobart Airport.

    I am so upset as they closed my mi max order due to their stupid security reasons and ask me for copy of my passport, credit card and its statement. I used the same credit card for my previous order and it was all fine and why is this happening?

    I am not going to buy from aliexpress again. I cancelled all my other orders (Screen protectors and cases) and as soon as I get refund. I will close down my aliexpress account. I don't want to share my personal information (Passport, Credit card information and Statements) with Chinese company at all cost.

    Wow, cashrewards is pretty good. Have been in OZb a few years but never used it… until this order. yay! Will use all the time now.

    Tracking been added. Being sent from Hong Kong. Anyone know how long it will take? Normally DHL is 2-3 days at maximum from Hong Kong but given it's between Christmas/New Years delays could be up to a few days?

    Also first time using cashrewards, expecting cash back of $13.20 which is great.

    My order was closed and my appeal has been 2 days with no reply. Its been updated to Refund is processing - so much for adding extra for DHL shipping in hopes that I'd get it earlier too. What phone around $400 AUD shipped is as good as Mi5s? (SD 821/3000mAh+/~5inches/QC3.0)

    This store (Dreami) seems to be much quicker than the one I bought RN3 Kate from in the 11.11 sale

      Sadly the 11.11 sale is so huge that most stores get slammed and its luck weather or not your order gets away first. Personally when I order on the 11.11 sale, I expect the items to arrive sometime before Christmas. Keep us posted on delivery time!
