    Be aware that these ducks are quite small at 1.7 - 1.8 kg
    Also, try out https://www.thehungrymouse.com/2009/02/11/the-best-way-to-ro…
    ..although the times listed are for at least a 2.3kg duck, so shorten the cooking time considerably.

    yeah these quackers are only 1.8kg & if Luvaduk are on special & often larger, they are better value & tastier, IMHO.

    I make up my own 5 Spice, rub it all over the bird, let it sit for a while & then cook in outside oven on a wire tray.

    Tasty, tasty, very very tasting LOL !
