Aldi are opening a store in Leopold, VIC. Can confirm it is Store specific.

Xbox One 1TB Console, wireless controller and headset - $149
Xbox One Wireless Controller (with play and charge kit) - $49.99

Obviously being Aldi one can only guess how many will be available.

For those in need, maybe a trip to the wonderful Bellarine may be in order.

    petrol cost is going to be another $25 (200km returned, 10l/100km fuel consumption, $1.25/1L fuel price). provided I can get it (not out of stock), still a pretty good deal to me

        Haha yep. Must b the ms fan boys. I own the original Xbox and 360 but when they released this underpowered "entertainment" box and more expensive I said stuff u ms and bought myself a PS4.       The Xbox One S model had been as low as $290~ I thin around Christmas with some game bundles so this at $150 for the base model is not too unfeasible out unheard of.

    Spoke to one of the guys there apparently there was 20 consoles… and 'double that in controllers'. Gone in the first minutes.

    Still plenty of the other items if anyones interested.

    More like 10 consoles and 3 times the controllers i would say. Xbox consoles weren't out on the floor when store opened. They were behind a closed door, so door opened and they came out in a trolley and eveyone swooped on it, within 20 seconds consoles gone and the rest left with controllers. There was a big line to get in so a lot of people missed out if this is what they came for.

    10 consoles at most. Some people were pretty pushy (not unexpected) but I managed to get one.

    I'm reasonably sure that advertising them at that price and then only having 10 isn't right.
