            Shop is in North Sydney, just emailed them asking to see if they have pickup. But even if they don't, $53 < $65 (which is obviously much more than $30 difference with LTS' 525 bundle)

                @Livert: just realised that LTS themselves have the adapter for $49!! so the cheapest way to get them both is to order them separately for $145 + $49 = $194. the $210 bundle deal is obviously a pricing error…

    Cheap price but HORRIBLE customer service. I will NEVER deal with this company again. Yet another business which focuses on offering a low price and next to no customer service. They will NOT let me change my delivery address. They are happy to refund my order in full but I can't change the shipping details. WTF??? Who does that?

      Its very simple. You are required to add your shipping address to paypal if not and paypal doesn't tell us ok to ship. We do not ship.

    Does anyone know the brand of the digital foxtel set top box? Its the original IQ box, not the HD version. I'm trying to find whether the Harmony is compatible with my foxtel box. Cheers.

      My parents have a Harmony perfectly set up with the original Foxtel iQ box (non-HD) :)

      You should find the model number behind the STB. Foxtel is noted to be a manufacturer on this list so it should be supported. http://www.logitech.com/harmony_components

    OW price match policy is *********!

    Just came back from the OW in Strathfield Sydney. The on duty manager told me they cannot price match because the warranty from logitechshop was not the same as their warranty. I said WTF??? The warranty is a manufacturer policy. Regardless where you buy it, Logitech has a standard warranty. Then this ****** proceeded to worm his way out of it saying that if you have a fault with the mouse you have to return it to logitechshop and not directly to logitech.

    ********! Any excuse to get out of their sham of a policy. I said you must honour your policy and he said no, my line manager said we cant.

    ******** YOU OW, this is the second time I've had issues with OW and their pricematch policy…Not only that, but the staff seem to be so upset when you ask for a pricematch…I mean WTF?? The staff act like its coming from their pockets!!

    FML! OW, will be getting an email when I settle down and be more logical. In the mean time I have now ordered the product from logitechshop.com.au. The only reason I went to OW is to have the items immediately rather than wait for delivery.

        Got TWO pricematched at OW North Sydney, but not price beaten.
        Went in with my friend, lucky I did, only two there, bought both of them at $59, LTS takes way too long to ship D=
        You gota have a nice manager, else it doesn't work.
        I also have an official quotation for $61 at officeworks, from officeworks online support, which has the LTS' pricebeaten but with a $5 handling fee.
        I don't think I should get a second mouse just because I can get it cheap =\

        Reason for OW: I really want the local warranty.. online stores can close down anytime, OW don't usually close down.. or do they?

          Yeah, it's really manager dependent. I have a strong feeling OW corporate sent out a memo to all branches with the warranty excuse. Happy to hear your persistence paid off.
