I ordered mine on 20 April 2017, it arrived at the country of destination on 18 May 2017, no further update since…..I am in Adelaide

  • I got mine yesterday. Batteries for the remote are not included, though there is a compartment for it. Weird.

Good thing I still had some Eneloops from Dick Smith lying around.

  • Received mine and happy with it so far, came in the retail orange looking box rather than the plain box from the pictures.

    • Orange is for US market, brown for Europe. Power adapters accordingly.

      • +2

Nope , mine def euro power adaptor also and orange box.

        • Sealed box?

        • Same, sealed orange box, EU power supply. Crappy "export only" converter came provided, which went straight to the bin as it does not fit properly in an Australian socket (extremely loose). Use a Korgo adapter from the Dick Smith era instead.

        • @Make it so: I stand corrected then. Thanks for the clarification.

  • Ordered 10th May, arrived yesterday 7th June.

  • Received today
    Ordered 16th of June
Got it today 6th of July
    3weeks

    • Been over 5 weeks. No delivery yet.

  • Hi, I put in MIBOX in the coupon tab, but it says the code is expired or invalid

    • That'd be because it's already discounted. $56.39.

  • I placed my order 6th June and was supposedly shipped out the next day. I am still waiting for delivery - supposedly still on the way to Australia from the tracking information. A $5 dollar ebay item from China has made it to me just over a week.
I don't think I would order from these guys again.

    • Same here. I ordered end of May and still awaiting delivery. Raised a ticket but it was closed asking me to wait for longer.

Tracking shows arrived in Australia on 21st June. No updated after that. I'll raise a PayPal case if it doesn't arrive this week.

  • Coupon appears to be expired. Probably dodged a bullet re: shipping after reading comments.

  • Code not working

I ordered mine on the 18th of July. Tracking claimed it arrived in Australia on the 7th of August. It is now the 26th of September, 10 weeks after payment. No sign of it. Keep being told to "wait longer". Will NOT be buying from this company again.

Just got off the phone with Australia Post. Their system shows that the package was registered at the Netherlands post office on the 3rd of August, and then nothing. They have no record of it arriving in Australia AT ALL. So, somebody's tracking system appears to be lies. But others have already suspected that.

After putting in a paypal claim, LightInTheBox updated the records with a different tracking number to prove they had sent it. The problem with this was that the tracking for that number showed the item was sent from China (so, different model unit then), and was DELIVERED to somewhere in England, MONTHS ago. Naturally, I updated paypal with their fraudulent claims.
