          Thats worse than the dodgy eBay seller I got.

          Seller sent package and got lost in mail; contacted seller who claimed to resend twice; never received it. eBay closed my resolution and now it is in the hands of Paypal.

          Yeah. Exactly the same has happened to me - offered 50% (i.e. $1.50 US) refund or credit towards another purchase. I haven't done anything yet. Didn't think it was worth going through the PayPal resolution process but maybe I will now out of principle since it's happened to others too.

          I'd recommend contacting Sunny for any issues with Gearbest. You're likely to have better luck than contacting Gearbest normally.

        I'm in the same boat as you, I think. I ordered from Tinydeal back in Feb and I still haven't received mine.

        Postage tracking says it entered Australia back in Feb…. does customs eventually release them?

          You'll have to chargeback, no-one received their orders + TinyDeal has no intentions of following up with replacements/refunds.

        ive escalated to a claim for tinydeal. waiting on resolution. they gave me a bs response "wait 15-25 business days" that was conveniently after the cutoff to escalate. their only response to escalation was the tracking number (which is now expired).

        Just get PayPal to dispute it, don't think a lot (or if any) people got theirs. Mine never arrived, just got my money back after 2 months of waiting.

      One of the previous posters claimed: Smooth writing, Swiss imported cartridges, with Japanese ink. Doesn't blot or smudge, so perfect for lefties.

      Never received mine from TinyDeal so figured i'd give it another go

      Japanese Ink, Swiss something else, quality built by Xiaomi. Have a look at the reviews, a very popular and loved item with good ratings.

    I find this pen pretty nice to use, ink does smudge on glossy paper surfaces but that is my only gripe. Feels nice in the hand, has a great deep black colour compared to your standard biro etc

    It took about two months but I finally did get my order from Gearbest.
    I use my Xiaomi pens every day. They make writing an absolutely pleasure. The ink comes out dark, even and consistent which seems to improve my hands writing.

    I've been giving them away as gifts so I'll be ordering more.

        Lodged a dispute via paypal back in March or there abouts, then escalated it after their token response of 'wait a bit longer', paypal sided in my favour and issued a refund.

    These pens are actually quite heavy. They are the heaviest ballpoint pens I have used.

    I thought the strokes would be even but they are not balanced. On glossy paper you can clearly see unevenness in the ink. Also it doesn't come out dry, so it will smudge.
