Being a grey import, what's the warranty situation like on this?
I'd strongly advise against this seller; if you ever need warranty, you may be SOL…
I sent a faulty S7 Edge back to them a while ago, to which they replied they'd update me on the repair. It has been 2 months now, and despite sending them many emails, they have yet to reply to any of them; despite obviously still being active as a seller.
I opened up a PayPal dispute, and the seller won't even reply to them. They have 1 more week till PayPal escalate it.
I hope it gets resolved, cause they now have my $700 AND my phone :'(
hmm they have 45,000 feedback 98.8 …… would be interesting to see what the 1.2 % neg is about. with 45,000 sales paypal have made some good coin and they will probabaly just refund if the issues is within the sale period ….. didn't think paypal ebay did refunds after a certain period…….45 days or something?
that might be why they don't respond if it's outside ebay dispute period.
Ebay recommended that I go the police if paypal can't help, since this is now essentially a theft case. Not quite sure what they can do, but I have all the emails backed up, proof of signed delivery, etc. so hopefully I can get somewhere :/
I just don't understand why the seller refuses to communicate at all. Even their office phone number is disconnected…
What state are you in and what state is the seller in? I only ask, because being a retired Miss Plod, I can almost guarantee you this is not theft! Most likely a civil matter. Sorry to burst Ebay's bubble, but, sick of them giving dud info!
@peeweekathi: I'm in Adelaide, but the seller is in Hong Kong. Thing is, they're selling on an Australian site, so it's kind of a weird situation where I don't know what I can do.
@Mister Plod: Don't waste your time going to Police, then, nothing they can do, because it's definitely not a theft! Crap Ebay 'advice', based on US laws! Paypal dispute is your best option, if you got in on time, so, if they don't respond to dispute, you'll probably get your money back, from them! Only other option might be charge back, if you used a CREDIT card, but, check with your bank. Grrr Ebay and dud sellers…. I feel your pain!

Might be a better purchase for some people.
I know it is not dual band however Kogan Ebay are selling standard grey stock for $635 with code and I trust them as a seller.
