        • give it a try, but others have had trouble checking out with foreign currency altogether.

        • @nubix: yeh just read that, so decided to just bite the bullet and use C5OZ (which seems to be still working).

For a $50 item, only makes a few dollars difference (it was an old school wallet I had years ago and only one I could find on entire net)

Good luck to others trying intl purchase with this code!

Is anyone else having difficulty purchasing items in foreign currency? The t&c's don't seem to forbid it but when I try to purchase over $100 worth in GBP is refusing to allow me to use the voucher. The listing is showing on the eBay Australia website.

    • I used a different code for something I paid in USD and it was fine. It did the conversion automatically and adjusted the total.

    • I think postage is excluded (it usually is). Is your item $100 without postage?

      • Yeah, $103 (as shown by eBay currency conversion) plus post. Couldn't get it to work in the end.

I thought it was 20% off so I spent 5K only to end up costing me $4980

Gosh darn, why are they making these deals with short expirey windows at a time when everyone is at work :(

    • aren't you allowed to use the internet at work?

    • that would suck. I just spent $145. :P

  • Totally forgot to go through CR, is it too late @tightarse?

    • Pardon me, but I seriously think you missed the boat here. No backzies I am 99.999999% sure! ;-)

  • I couldn't resist! I've been eyeing off the Logitech Z506 Speakers for a while now and are usually $149.95 at retail. Were already on sale $119 so with this voucher I only paid $99! Bargain or what?!

    • I paid 75 for them 7-8 years ago, so with inflation that seems right.

      • Release date was March 14th, 2011 in Australia.. same model?

        • Hmm looks the same, I guessed it was back when I was 18 but I could have been wrong lol, I bought it from logitechshop, ive had it atleast 5-6 years lol.

          Sorry if my timings off.

        • @Slippery Fish: haha all good! The weekend is vast approaching :P I guess I can ask you then, good enough quality for a medium room? currently struggling on the speakers of a 40" Soniq TV! haha

        • @ThePriceMatchGuy: it should do the job well, its also very good for gaming consoles which is what I got it for.

  • Can't find anything to buy on impulse, will be good for people who have decided to buy something.

  • Really hoping a rx 480 shows up

  • And just spent more money.

  • All Nintendo Switch not available on big w and Target eBay stores…

    • This deal is sitewide, not store specific.

  • hopefully there will be a 20% off entire purchase not just $100

  • Awesome deal on Nintendo 2DS with Mario Kart pre-installed. $105 with $20 off. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/322526362376?_trksid=p2060353.m14…

i think she is also ozb member and knew about expiry time so she waited until 4pm before replying.

      tough life.

  • A pity all the auctions I am watching end in a few days… :(
With this kind of sales you can basically only buy BIN or you must be lucky if an auction ends in the right time frame.
I ended up not buying anything because I am still watching other auctions…
There might be a new deal soon, at least I hope so.
Does anybody know by any chance if there will be a free postage voucher today?
There is also an item from the UK I am watching but postage is extremely expensive (about 50% the price of the item, which is about $50 and the item is just over 100) because it is global shipping, so I was hoping there might be a free postage voucher before midnight?

  • where do you enter the code ? I've loaded a couple of items in my cart, but can't see anywhere to enter the code.

    • Go to check out. You need to pay through paypal too but promo is before that

      • thanks. I found that, but missed out anyway (again) because I couldn't add 2 items as "click & collect".

        [edit]
Actually the real issue is after I select "click & collect", it refuses to let me proceed thru the checkout because my default address is a PO Box. Now that I realise that the solution is simple.

  • Thanks! Bought a telstra TV for$80

  • Does anyone know if there actually will be another $ or % off past this time?
