    I started to write a response exactly like this earlier. This is clearly an advert with the guy making up a pretend promotion to suggest it's a deal.

    No deal here unless there are examples of prices being 40% lower than comparable 2nd hand parts. But no, we have to request a part and then let them make up a price that they can take 40% off, perhaps. 40% off inflated prices is no deal. Posts like these must be banned or it's "OzAdverts"… So I've negged it.
