Please only use one code, they don't stack so all you'd be doing is wasting the code.

  Go to the initial sign-up confirmation email they sent you, click 'manage account', then you should see a 'cancel my subscription' option.

    I actually don't remember signing up with Stan with that particular email though.. but must have given me the 30 day trial instead as it said the email or credit card has been used already.. i can view contents on stan after that. :/

      so I managed to get a Stan code that worked, had to enter CC… whatever, it said 'we are having issues charging your card'…. whatever, better not charge me.
      
      so then it said 'you already have an account'. so I hit login, my account worked. Now it has my CC linked, no option to remove it, I got no welcome email, but I can reset my password and get that link.
      
      When I go to Subscriptions it tells me to choose a plan, but nothing is selected……. I tried to go on support, but it sent a message when I typed in the search box and then sent me an email telling me they will be in touch with a reply…… ?
      
      surely to god it can't be this bad…..how do I even find out if the code I used on sign up worked? how do I remove my CC details from the account? (there is NO option to edit, change, delete, remove the card….) it just has:

      Credit card
      XXXX XXXX XXXX 2425
      
      Customer Support sent me an email "your sign up failed, please submit a valid credit card and try and sign up again properly"
      
      my bank shows the 1 dollar charge. ugh, I regret clicking on this Stan link already….I can't believe there is no way to remove a card or cancel the account.
      
      Hands down this is the shittiest website I have ever used in 20 years

      I have sent a msg to support to enquire. I did it with another email because i didn't think the first one worked. I logged in and asked for credit card details and package otherwise i cannot access the site.
      
      i never got any email from Stan support regarding failed credit card or any emails from Stan

      @wingwang: Same thing has happened to me. But it seems I can use the the service. When I contacted stan support and they asked about the promo code so they can invesitgate further but unfortunately in my haste I really don't remember which link I clicked. I have checked however that they have taken $1.00 form card probably just to authorise it.

      @dingdong3000: I emailed them and got a generic reply saying I need to complete the sign up process and enter valid card details….. when I replied to that saying wtf, just no reply….
      
      at this stage I just want to remove my card from the account because I have no idea what plan they have put me on, if the credit was applied, no option to close the account…. all the screenshots on their help page claim its in the my account section, it isnt….
      
      I can click on
      
      "Plan" where it asks me to choose from the two available plans, but then it asks me if I agree to being charged $10 a month, so nothing about the free code I used when I signed up….. and I don't want to click that if they charge my card, I only want the cancel account or remove card button to appear.
      
      might have to just call my bank and get them to cancel the card if they make things this hard, I'll have a new card in a day in the mail rather than waiting on hold to these idiots.

Has anyone tried changing their free trial to Stan Premium (4 devices and 4K resolution)?

At the confirmation page in account settings, it says

"Your plan change will take effect immediately and you will be charged $10 on 08/09/2017 for the first month, then $15/month thereafter."

Could I still cancel on 7th September and not be charged anything?

  it's not a reboot and it's exactly how Lynch makes all his shows. If you were old enough to have seen the original when it aired, it's exactly the same as now. Frustrating but great and will probably leave you with more answers and wtf's than it explains…
