    How do I get a new kogan sim? I when I ordered this last time, I did not receive any SIM in the post. I only received the code by email.

    Does anyone know how to enable mobile data? I tried resetting APN, restarting phone but nothing is working. I had kogan mobile couple of months back and data worked out of the box.

      For apn maybe try "live.vodafone.com", "vfinternet.au" or "purtona.net".
      As long as your phone has the bands needed, and the APN right, you should be good2go.

    I've got the 365 10gb voucher that I'm yet to activate on my Kogan sim (I haven't ported out of my current TPG plan yet), so can I port to a kogan sim and use this voucher first, then once the 30 days is up - use the 365 day voucher as top up? (all while keeping the current number ported from TPG to the kogan sim I'm going to use, without changing)

    Will the 365 day voucher activate once I input it, or once the 30 days from this 14gb sim are up?

      Yeah have done this again and again port in and out maybe wait a day on the new sim if you can because otherwise the system will stuff up and you will have to call kogan to fix it

    Father in law going into hospital. Can anyone tell me if you can put the sim into a Vodafone pocket modem will it work? Can he use the mobile data via WiFi?

    Why does digital stock run out?

    Finally ported to kogan, not sure if they(voda) is as good as optus.

    I did have an issue with porting with the names on the account and credit card.

    They took 1 dollar each time I tried even though it did work on their end.

    we shall see how it goes the next month before committing for the year.

      Vodafone is way better than Optus at the moment. Optus has the worse infrastructure in Australia I believe.

    Ordered one last time and just arrived. Just wondering, what do you mean by voucher code? Cab we just activate this simcard normally to get the 14gb?
