Basically paying for it in the install fees, which are free pretty often.

    • ty. thought it was a good offer as I have not checked out hisense.

That does not include HD channels that's an extra $60 (for 6 months) LOL

edit: there is also a CANCELLATION fee

  • A 32" HiSense goes for around $300 as far as I can see, so if you wanted the TV it's at a minimum ~$100 for 6 months of Foxtel. Not a bad deal.

Minus all the pain and hassle of dealing with installation and cancellation in 6 months time.

    • The Tv is pretty rubbish so ud be pretty hard pressed to be wanting it in the first place.

  • Foxtel's EOFY deal (up until June 30) was first month free, no contract, no IQ3 fee but $100 install.

From July 1 to 12 the deal was no contract, no iQ3 fee, no install fee (managed to sign my parents up to this which has turned out to be the best offer) so only the monthly fee.

This deal has a 6 month contract plus $225 worth of iQ3 and install fees and a cheap TV thrown in.

It shows how you need to time your initial sign-up well to get the best value deal.

    • yep, glad I signed my parents up to the Free IQ3/Free Install/No Contract deal yesterday… they are Optus TV refugees.

The usual deal for Optus refugees is 2 months free platinum and free install.

      • I know the deal you mentioned above is expired. Mind share the URL?

        • They pulled the Free IQ3/Free Install/No Contract deal
The Optus refugee deal was verbal

    • in hindsight…

  • "Cancel fees apply" cant see any reference to what they are? Is that just within first 6 months or beyond.

Bet TV is not even FHD

      Early termination fee is $300

so $381over 6months and $251 for installation ? Might wana change it to existing customers only

so the "(incl. $100 std install + $125 iQ3 equipment fee)" wording is a bit wrong then. The website probably needs some proof-reading..

Should be "Plus $100 std install + $125 iq3 equipment fee" if you are getting charged on top of the monthly payments.

    • +1

No it should not be "Plus" that would mean you get charged $225 on top of the min cost $381, The $381 Min cost already includes the $225 price that is why it states "Incl" it's included in the min cost of $381.

      • Thanks. Revised the title again.

i would love to get that tv for free but certainly not for FREE*

  • The way I read it is $26 x 6 plus $100 install + $125 iq3 = $381
    Not $381 plus the $100 and $125?

  • I'm pretty disappointed. I actually saw the offer yesterday (free install, no IQ3 fee, no contract), and was keen to sign up. But I wasn't aware that that promo was ending yesterday. Only just realised today that it's over when I decided to pull the pin.

Has anyone had any luck trying to sign up on yesterday's offer?

    • Offer valid until 12-08-2017 or while stocks last.
