Hi Ozbargainers,

I'm a first time poster (take it easy) and have been waiting for the right deal. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this deal. A heated towel rail at 100% discount with free shipping.

The towel rail best price I could find elsewhere is Harvey Norman for $129.

I checked that Ozimall is a genuine website with an ABN. I've also seen other deals posted in this forum for ozimall.

I ordered one and the receipt came through successfully. No credit card details needed. I am now following up as it has been 4 days without a tracking number sent through. I wanted to wait to see if it arrived before posting here - but decided to open for discussion anyhow.

Any comments of what customers right are on a potential mispricing from a company could be useful.

      And rightfully so! A pricing error is different from bait and switch or misleading the customer. Can't expect businesses (small businesses anyway) to go broke over an harmless mistake

          @Orpheus: totally agree with you mate, and if you value your postal address then I wouldn't even click on these types of deals in future.
          Realistically there is 99% chance deals like this are a scam or an error that won't be honoured, but as I said, some deals are honoured and that 1 out of 100 is worth a freebie.

          I'm not telling you what to do, but maybe don't click these deals in future if you deem them rubbish (as was the case ultimately in this post)

        Some small items are honoured at the wrong markdown price. No one is giving away thousands of heated towel rails worth $129 a piece and then paying shipping on top. Be realistic.

    Guys, I can see Orpheus' point. Although I got a receipt 4 days ago - they haven't confirmed shipping yet. However, considering it takes 60 seconds to order without a credit card I thought many people would be willing to order even if it's an absolute rank outside chance that they honor it. It can't be considered a bargain until delivered… but if it does - PAAAAARTY!!!
