          I keep a constant eye on SkyWatches.
          They have a usual sales, and I've figured out this coincides with the Singapore holidays and when SEIKO are doing rotations.
          Skywatches buy direct from SEIKO, and offer a decent warranty and care.
          I've bought x3 watches from them.
          Went to buy my forth one the other month, but was too late as the model I wanted became discontinued.

          If anyone finds a SEIKO Diver's SRP491 (<$300), please let me know.

    Wow. That LCD (not LED) watch is a pretty incredible copy of the classic Casio (eg https://www.casio.com/products/watches/classic/a159wgea-1vt). I guess for $1.06 if it is rubbish, you can always pull the battery out and use that on something else…. ;-)

    I like this review on Gearbest of the gold LCD watch -

    I found the real thing in black, which is probably better as there is no paint to chip off.
