Great price! Only 5 left though, better be quick :)

  • Too much of a gamble imo, no idea on the condition

Still comes with 12 months warranty.

    • That's what warranties are for

  • How were the ones last time?

    • Seems like people were happy + there were no complaints/negative experiences on that deal (except for not getting one) so…. :)

      • If talking about the recent budgetpc deal then mine is in perfect condition. They were all factory returns rather ex demo afaik.

    And they are gone

  • you can get a non-demo here for $800 shipped from NZ store futuregear

  • pulled the trigger on this deal. monitor costs $1099 in aussie retailers bought it for 713, thats a saving of $400 dollars!!! thank you.

  • Got in before they sold out.. going from 1080p TN 144hz to 1440p IPS 165hz G-Sync should be a pretty nice upgrade

Great share! picked one up myself! Note that this products come with 3 years warranty.

    • +1

      3 years or 1 year?

      • Brand new it is 3 years warranty from Asus.

All ROG generally have 3 year warranty.

Majority of my PC build parts I have owned in the past have been even covered past this range. They have repair centre in Sydney.

        • And? This isn't brand new? It says 12 months in the description.

        • @czd: True the ad does say 12 months. I am almost certain they will still repair out of 12 months warranty provided its monitor issue. I have never had issues with Asus.

It may be due to the ACCC requirements? but either way I have never been denied RMA from Asus

        • @Airborne99: You do realise this is not a brand new product?

        • @iMagoo: Yes which is why the 3 year warranty is not applicable and 12 month warranty is. Either way 12 months coverage is fine - If anything happens outside those terms I will still seek Asus RMA - only reason why most my computing gear is Asus & ROG.

        • @Airborne99: if you've only had positive experiences with Asus support, you must not have had many experiences… Asus support is well-known to be pretty trash.

I still buy and use Asus products; I just pray nothing goes wrong with them.

Absolutely zero chance you're getting any support from Asus after the stated 12-month period btw…

      TN panel

      • Yeah but I dont have an issue with that

I got this from the same store last month. Had an issue with colour banding. Called Acer and my warrantly claim was rejected because a) Its from NZ and b) its from an online store. Sent the monitor back and have not recived a refund yet. Ive been in a dispute for 14 days. Their communication is so bad. Good luck with yours.

      • Hmm I'll see how I go, Acer should support it
