    Got the Paypal receipt and a Web Order Number from Good Guys. Hopefully that's enough to get that refund and store credit.

    Not getting the 2nd confirmation email that the order is ready to be picked up in store. Payment went through and 1st email came through confirming order. Ordered 8.38 am. Feel it will probably be cancelled ordered 2 for Xmas presents I thought they were clearance or something. Realised after it was a price error

      Thanks for the downvote :( honestly had no idea these were a high RRP price originally or they were a decent model I thought they were like some cheaper model or generic brand. In laws wanted bluetooth speakers for Xmas.

      Pretty sure the lag was on their end; it wouldn't have mattered if you had a super duper ultra fast high speed internet connection.

      100Mbps NBN plan would not really have been any benefit when server is slow. A good 10Mbps ADSL plan would be just as fast in this scenario.
