        There are countless other reports from others on ozb as well as on the internet. Gearbest does not deserve to have their bad history wiped clean as that would be an insult to reliable sellers who work hard in maintaing their reputations

    Am I missing something obvious? this doesn't seem to be an adapter at all, just a right angle.
    You stick a male plug into it and you've still got a male tip. For it to be a male to female adapter it would have to be female at both ends. The use seems very limited, maybe if access is difficult.

    Fairly useless, HDMI has the flat at the top, meaning this will route the cables up instead of down at the rear of your telly. There's a reason they're free….

        Yes, I realised after I'd posted that they would be useful for other purposes than just routing out and down from a tv with limited wall space for cable radius. I'm just feeling silly because I bought some a while ago and didn't think about the fact that you can get them in either up or down….

    I actually needed one for our CCTV monitor. The cable comes down from the roof. It works without it too there is extra lenght on the cable so don't care. I doubt what others will do with it.
