There's a few video comparisons going about. I personally think the SONY's are better sounding and a bit better feature wise, but the build quality of the 1st gen Sony's was an issue, they might have resolved those issues in the 2nd gen.

this got more clean sound, technical adjustment, and good reviews, while QC35 is more comfortable. plus QC35 have noise canceling on a microphone.
