you can adjust the brightness of the light. This one has five level brightness adjustments and the color is warm white.
The enhanced version has an on/off switch and 5 dimming levels. The original version had neither of these features.

I don't know how to compare them properly but there's a starting point if you care enough
Let's use my rate/usage. I paid $1.01/day ( rate ), 23c/kWh. Let's say we use SSX3 3W lamp below.
So you spend $1.03 ( for this light ), that 103c give you 0kWh ( I dont think you can get anything with 2c, $1.01 rate have to paid daily ). So any amount of amp you use is a saving against a 3W lamp. Get/build a small solar charger + Xiaomi battery = more saving.
Disclaimer: Im just a normal dude, who buy cheap stuff from China to save a few $ and put toward my ever increase rent/cost of living. Please seek a professional who has $80k as an investment car for any serious advice.
