      oliver, i think you've found your mission in life…. find some decent free android apps and post them. but what's the bet they dont get anywhere near the + votes that the apple ones get. its like vhs and beta mate, one might be more superior on paper but if less people are using it, its doomed.

        UFO, is that really a good comparison? Apparently in the US, Android is the most popular amongst recent buyers. Have a look at this [Nielsen Report](http://blog.nielsen.com/nielsenwire/online_mobile/android-mo… "Android most popular operating system"). Using the VHS and Beta max comparison might be better when comparing Windows and Mac user numbers.

          android is on more devices, because the prices for the different phones fluctuate between device, its not more popular or better, its like internet explorer on a pc.
