Great camera, crap lens.
Sony lenses are expensive but the quality is high. I wouldn't call them crap - some offer stellar performance albeit you have to pay $$$ for the image quality

Its worse than kit lenses from any other manufacturer.. which are usually even cheaper. To be fair it’s also very small and Sony cut a lot corners to make it that way
This is $8 dearer than from sony store unless you have the amex offer. You also get 2% cash back from cashrewards from sony store.
Thanks for the reminder of the digidirect offer…just used it on a grip for the d850 with 15% off and the amex offer worked out cheaper than ordering from Amazon.
