  Can't see where it says existing customers. In the T&C:

  Who is eligible?

  New customers who:
  - place a new order for an Eligible Plan at amaysim.com.au;
  - enter the applicable promo code provided by Mastercard when signing
  up; and
  - pay with an approved payment method when prompted,
  are eligible for the Promotion Benefits.

    I've done that but with a previous deal, can't say for certain with this one but it should be ok.

    Best thing is to contact Vaya and ask them to be sure.
