Bought a thermometer, dunno why. But it was $1 and I like getting things in the mail.

    • +13

Yes, the joy of getting one of them parcels and not knowing what's inside it. Easily worth $1!

      • Sounds like a good business model here, pay $1 and we'll surprise you with junk useful item to satisfy your hoarder chronic disease

    • +3

This is how places like gearbest and zapals gets so many customers..

I have a long checklist of Expected Deliveries… many from months ago that never made it. But more often than not when I come home from work there's a little padded bag in the letterbox. It's Christmas every other day!

    • +1

I also like to get things in my mailbox, except bills though. :)

      • +2

Yeah, I don't like getting Bill's mail either… Stupid AusPost..

    • Same, bought an LED water stream just for looking forward to receiving something in the mail….

    • Wow so many likes! thanks fam. Looks like things started to heat up… eh eh eh. I'll show myself out.

KW201 USB Power Current Voltage Detector Portable Tester(gearbest.com) $0.76 USD (~$1.01 AUD)

    Coupon should be the following
    70%OFF$1

  • Got 5 for various scaly string habitats.

  • Error The Code you entered is not for this product. on the KW201 USB Power Current Voltage Detector Portable Tester :(

    • +1

Just tried and is working for me - did you use 70%OFF$1

      • +1

Winner. The 70% worked, not 80%. Cheers.

        • 80%OFF$1 worked for me just now $0.97

        • @AlchemyD: Both codes no longer work

Warning, the picture on the description for the thermometer shows that it is not mini size, it is as big as ~32" TV

    • +1

Total size of 48 x 29 mm including the protruding bezel, so quite tiny. Temperature display is the tiny numbers on top right - the humidity '%' is bigger!
      Sorry to disappoint😁

OP has now added same size thermometer to deal👍

      • But it looks huge in the thumbnail

        • Don't tell it's huge when it's tiny - I've fallen for that before😱
I'm looking at it on a small phone screen & it looks miniscule in thumbnail😁 And temperature reading is tinier again.

  • I got the thermometer last time it was posted. Does the job, I'd love to know what the modular form is designed for though.

    • Panel mount through rectangular cut out.

    • I got mine too. Worked for a couple of days and now it displays random garble for no good reason. It's going in the bin. Oh well. It was worth the excitement of the package in the mail. Now just going to landfill.

  • WHY.DO.YOU.DO.THIS.TO.ME.

  • Don't expect prompt postage. I'm still waiting for the thermometer ordered on 5th of October…

  • where is the link to the thermometer?
nvm i found it - doh!!

  • +1

This is rad. Bought a thermometer because I want to see how much heat my air con is actually defeating on super-hot days this summer.

  • The "Thermometer" is a hygrometer (measures humidity) with a tiny temperature display at top right - see deal photo. The 48 x 29 mm size includes the protruding bezel, so quite tiny.

Received in earlier deal but not of much use for me as temperature reading is so small.

Since then bought another same sized thermometer temperature only display for about us$2 on special. Got one ages ago which gets a lot of use. Use as fridge thermometer as has probe on lead.

  • +1

got one but very inaccurate cheap …but maybe use with a ton of salt.

  • +2

I just received the mini bike pump today from a previous deal is surprisingly good for $1.

  • +2

    Thanks, just ordered!

But for the Digital Thermometer LCD with Probe, shipping costs $2.32. No free shipping option.

    • Can't find one either.

    • Sorry, added this one late and didn't go through to shipping option - have updated post :)

    • Strange - was AU$0.97 minutes earliet including shipping for me with 80%OFF$1.

Deal linked to has changed - now 1/2 price before 50%OFF$1 (80%OFF$1 no longer works) but that price reduction was moved to shipping price. Now dearer price plus shipping😢

      • I think people are confusing the main deal Mini Digital LCD Thermometer US $0.73 ($0.97 AUD) to the one i mentioned which is the last deal Thermometer WITH probe that is $1.24+$2.32=$3.56 shipped.

        • Large digits & probe is much better. Have both. Hopefully will come back as a deal.

  • Need a mini clock as well.

  • +1

    Thank you, OP.
I couldn't resist buying the DUUTI mini foldable portable bike tire pump. Bargain!

  • Really curious to see how the blue water stream works so got one. Thanks OP!

  • Thanks Urban, bought temp gauge for babies room

  • Would prefer to grey colour orico cable organiser, but coupon code doesn't seem to work for that colour

    • Only for orange

  • bought 20 thermometers, cheers

  • For around same price, could go to Ikea (Tempe NSW & possibly other stores) for this LÖTTORP Clock & Calendar, Alarm, Timer, Thermometer $1

    Can leave displaying temperature measurement.
Requires more convenient 2 AAA batteries (can use rechargeable), more versatile, has much larger readings (with back light), & local stock so no long wait for delivery!

Surprising the difference in upvotes when 1 is called a clock (with thermometer) & other just a thermometer🌡

    • Con is having to pick up in Ikea - big time impost vs delivered.

      • Of course, only good if you are going close by.

Canberra store has 3 for $1😉

The temperature display size on this deal is woeful. I've got one of these & the Ikea one.
