6 BODUM Pavina Tumblers (250ml) at Myer for $31.44 (C&C)

520

These coffee glasses are great. My SO has progressively dropped 4 of the 6 we had over the past year, so time to re-stock.
Went looking, and found they're 40% off at Myer, therefore a twin pack is $14.97.
Today (?) they're running a further 20% off 2 items, and 30% off 3 items.
This takes the C&C price to $31.44 ($5.24 per cup), which I think is great value.
Get a further 2.5% off using Cashrewards, etc.
Great if you're close to a store with stock; if not, add $10 for delivery (or spend $100+).

Free delivery with Shipster Trial (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/341889) (thanks, doweyy)

If you need/want a LOT, then it seems to stack with ANNIVERSARY10 (if you need 5 or more twin packs):
Original ANNIVERSARY $10 off $60, $15 off $80, $20 off $100 Spend at Myer Deal Post
(For me, the online store auto-applied the Anniversary10 code for 5 or more items. Even though that is <$60?? Could be an error.)

Yeah love the Bodom glasses. Have a stack of the 450mm or however large they are ones. Good for a can of something and ice, although we use them for tea and coffee too.

Anyone who has costco can get them from there cheaper. (membership blah blah)

    • How much at Costco?

      • +2

its in the $20's i think its like $25

I know i bought a set for $15 but it was one of their specials about 3 months ago.

They have the tall glasses and the tumblers (like above)

    • I thought I saw glasses that looked identical to these today at Costco. Didn't really check them out, but the shape looked exactly the same. Guess it was them.

  • Also great value are the 450ml ones:
    BODUM
Pavina Double Wall Glasses, Set of 2, 450ml
    was $34.95 now $20.97.
I have ordered one set of the small ones and one set of the large ones for a total of only 28.75 (thanks Shipster).
    PS: Rats, forgot Cashrewards …

  • The 350ml (2 pack) buy 3 (total 6 units) for $37.74. Don't forget Cashrewards for extra 2.5%

  • hrmmm, thought I got a bargain when I got this deal here

but this one seems cheaper :(

    I might buy more~~

  • Are they fragile?

I haven’t found them to be worse or better than our other glasswear.

My wife broke a few when we moved in together. At the time she said she didn’t like them and I think was treating them indifferently. She later decided she liked them so we have a cupboard full and the only one that’s broken since was dropped.

Now there's a conspiracy I can finally relate to.

    • they can be. we broke one in the dishwasher and it wasn’t because it was close to other cups either. lovely cups though.

    • Yes they are. Hollow centre between two glass walls. Base is not as tough as a thickened single wall glass base. I'd wash by hand and not trust the dishwasher. Broken two myself.

I got 5x 350mL, then added this shirt and applied the Anniversary15 code. The shirt was not available for pickup - I removed it the $15 discount stayed on. Total $52.39. Cheers OP.

  • Thanks Ordered.

  • Good one and nice pickup,

My SO has progressively dropped 4 of the 6 we had over the past year

    That's a waste.

    Time to drop the SO.

  • Thanks OP! I ordered 6 x 250ml and also 6 x 350ml for $62.17 C&C :D

  • Bought dammit

  • Imo the double wall ones with handles are better for hot drinks.

    • Double wall glass alresdy isolates the heat so I think it's more of an aesthetic reasoning.

      • The handle prevents your fingers from being burned from any likely spillage when carrying the glass around. It is also easier to position or move the glass under the spouts of a coffee machine with the handle without burning your fingers. The glasses with the handles cost a bit more but they are worth it imo.

  • Thanks OP. Good buy. Added the ANNIVERSARY10 and got 20 glasses for $104.13 delivered:

    7 x Pavina Double Wall 250ml 2pc
    1 x Pavina Double Walled 350ml 6pc

  • Bought some in store without the 20% off

How do these compare to avanti dual wall ones? I think they feel lighter.

  • I want these sexy trendy hipster glasses

  • good deal. good replacement for a few smashed ones.

  • Is it all out of stock? I cant seem to add any.

    • still in stock. clear cache, cookies, or try a different browser.

      • Damnit I didnt get the message until now, too late :( its past the time limit

  • 3 of 4 of my orders are on there way.

Have to thank for this post again.

Though I came across it just a couple of hrs before it finished.

I did realise the bonus on bonus on bonus applied to all kitchenware and not just bodum too late though.

  • My entire order has been cancelled. THANKS, MYER!! :(

    • Bad luck :(. I got confirmation of delivery tomorrow. Let’s see.

      • Mine all came, last shipment of two sets of glasses left today actually.

    • +1

      ouch got all of mine,

all up 10 glasses of various types, for $65. Included $10 shipping, no pick up

Should have looked at the other kitchenware too. The 30% off and 15anniversary multiple time good value

      • My mistake was the pickup option.
Oh well, hopefully they will do something like this again, but I’m not holding my breath.

        • Yer, pickup would have been the killer. I ordered several sets for delivery because all the Brisbane stores I checked had none left. All mine actually came in a single shipment from Perth.

        • @jdr:

my 5 sets came in 3 separate big box, talk about inefficient system

        • @Baghern:

Hopefully that means that each box came from a different store/warehouse and was a reflection of them having almost running out of stock everywhere.

I don’t expect that would have shipped mine from Perth to Brisbane unless they had no other option, must have cost more.

        • @jdr: 2 from the same place 1 from another, the product box in a big box with heaps of stuffing
