  • Good price

  • Is it one code that will automatically give you 6 months. Or is it two, and can you enter in both to have them stack on?

    • 2 codes. Got my second 3 month code today. First code you get immediately after purchase

  • Nice thanks OP

  • +1

This is slightly cheaper than CDKeys (6 months = ~AU$35, and 12 months = ~AU$63).
So it's a great deal ! Likely the cheapest on the internet at the moment.

  • Great!Thanks OP

    • Why was this comment down voted..?

  • I mainly play SP on XB1, those being Skyrim or F4. What's the consensus on going for XBL? If my interaction is mainly limited to those things, is there much else that I can sort of get by getting an XBL sub?

    • +4

Four free games every month. (2x Xbox One games and 2x Xbox 360 backwards compatible games) These games can be played as long as your Xbox live Gold sub remains active.

      • +3

To clarify, Xbox 360 games can be played after the subscription expires, whereas Xbox One games can't.

      • Yep, good point. Forgot about that. Thanks for the reply :)

    • +3

As mentioned by Ge3ks, you get four free games per month.

But if your budget is limited… and you're only interested in SP games. Maybe subscribe to Xbox Game Pass instead for $10.95/month. You'll get access to over 100 titles, plus all the Xbox exclusives will be available immediately from release. It's kind of like Netflix for gaming!

      • +3

I second this. The Xbox Game Pass is really, really good value especially if you play single player games for the story and never touch them again after finishing them.

      • I read about game pass a while ago and I think I just filed it in the old noggin and forgot about it. I'll def look into that, really appreciate the advice, thanks :)

    • If you're not live, you're probably missing 60% of the gaming experience.

  • Offer is definitely available in store too. Saw it at Bondi Junction JB.

  • This is also available in-store. It also prints both codes on the receipt so there isn't a delay to receive the bonus code online.

  • Is it stackable? (Ie buy 1+1 with email A, 1+1 with email B, but put them together in XB account

  • +1

    Man no ps plus love?

  • Does anyone know how long it takes for them to "process" the order? I've received the following email:

We've received your order. You'll receive a follow up email with your order confirmation when we process your payment.

    • Paid with PayPal.

Maybe too many OzBargainer's flooding the system? :P

      Jbhifi website says

Proceed through to checkout and finalise your purchase of this Digital Download. Most orders will be finalised within 30 minutes, however some could take up to 2 hours (for orders placed between 9am – 5pm Mon-Sun AEST), or longer outside these hours.

I have the same initial email.

      • Thanks for the info! I'll keep waiting.

  • LOL!!!
Just paid $80 for 12 mths subs yesterday.
Does anyone know if you can tack this 6mth deal onto the back end of an existing subs?
    Thanks.

    • +1

Yes, you can stack up to two years worth of subscriptions. It will just extend your expiry date.

Also available on the Xbox website, with possible $4 cashback via cashrewards.

    • Link? cannot see when I log in?

      • Go through cashrewards and it takes you to MS store. Then click Microsoft logo in the top left to get to their main site, then click Xbox to get to Xbox site. Then go Games -> Sales & Specials and you should see it near the top.

Actual link is here: https://www.xbox.com/en-AU/promotions/PUBG-Gold-Offer but it did it my way to try and get cashrewards to track.

        • MS site seems to be experiencing load issues at the moment and isn't working past the initial page at the moment :(

        • @TenguTech: try another browser maybe, has been iffy for me too.

  • Is the limit of one per customer imposed by JB or Microsoft? Ie can I do this multiple times in tore and online and keep stacking?

Note I bought this offer in retail store at Broadway last week but I thought it said it expired end of January.

    • Want to know too if it’s stackable or not
My concern is if I put 3+3 then add another 3+3, and won’t work

      • +1

It is stackable as long as your subscription expiry remains under two years. You shouldn't have a problem.
The site says that it is one bonus code per customer (or while stocks last), so the risk is that they don't email you a second code.

        • Just out of interest - when I added the first code (I haven't got the second one), it offered me another free month if I turned on auto-renew (so 7 months for $29.95 provided that the second code comes through)… not sure if this was unique to me but makes it I think the cheapest code I've seen in a while, given you can stack it as long as you remain under two years as guidedlight suggests..

        • @phidj003: I got the same offer. I've had it before IIRC.

  • +1

Does anyone know how you get the additional 3 months? I only received the 3 month code.

    • It says on the website, it will be emailed to you in 1-2 business days.

      • Oh must have missed that. Thanks

  • Is there an expiry on these ?I wanted to use my 1 month trial then add these after that finishes ? Thanks

  • Order this Monday night, but still haven't received the bonus 3 month code.

  • Yup still waiting for the bonus 3 month code as well.

  • Yeah same here, received one code, but not the bonus code

    • Me three. Just shot them an email. Waiting for response.

  • I ordered yesterday but also waiting on the bonus code.

When I entered the 1st code they gave me another free month for turning on autorenewal….I've just got to remember to turn off autorenewal later.

So really its 7 months total in this offer.

  • Bonus code just received. :-)

  • Bonus code received as well and redeemed ok. Thanks to the OP for this deal.
