      2200 OR 1200?

    • Looks like 1200. I'm still trying to find another satellite from wireless1's RBK50 deal from last December's deal. Crazy prices for satellites atm. I'd even consider a 2200 at this point.

    • Can anyone comment, this or tp-link m5?

  • Merged from Jabra Elite 75t Titanium Black ANC True Wireless Earphones $247 Shipped @ XtremeOnline Amazon ($234.65 Price Beat @ OW)
    Go to Deal

Long time reader first time poster. Was looking at the Elite 75t Titanium Black for a few days almost bought it yesterday then today the price went down to $247. Tried it at my local OW and it worked!

These are so great, my old Sony wired BT earphones died after several years so I thought I'd step into 2020 and upgrade my experience. The ANC works well and I love the way they sound. They also sit really well in my ears and pass the shake test.

The Gold Beige is also slightly cheaper. Seems like the Elite Active and Wireless Charging variants are still at the regular price though.

Note: the Elite is labelled as Classic and the Elite Active is labelled as Sports.
Also I'm unsure how Amazon deals work, couldn't find an end date on the price drop so if anybody knows please let me know!

    • Note the $247 on Amazon is from a Third Party Seller (XtremeOnline).

Direct from Amazon AU is $256.96.

      • Hi Richard,
Thanks for clarifying. Was this post not allowed because they only have low stock? I thought my post was clear that I went to Officeworks to price beat. And there's plenty of stock at OW.

        • The Amazon deal you linked "Only 3 left in stock", which was why it was moved to the low quantity forum post.

        • Price match is not a deal and all low stock post gets moved to this forum.

  • Merged from [WA] JBL GO 2 Mini Speaker $19.95 @ Auspost Rockingham
    Go to Deal

Walked into auspost and saw this on display. Was pretty happy to grab for $20 after gettng a payment glitch and missing out on the $9 deal.

    • Nice, got one for $30 during the Amazon Prime sales and am very happy with it as a shower speaker.

      • i have my logitech MX100 as shower speaker, but they dont have next song buttom. does this one has ?

        • Yes it does. Press the play button to pause, double press for next, triple press for previous.

Can even resume last played playlist after turning it off and back on. Makes it easy if you forget to start the music on your phone beforehand.

      • +2

I'm not happy with it as a shower speaker. Washing my shoulders with it, I was finding that it was leaving fine scratches on my skin. My advice, if you insist on using it, don't press too firmly.

        • +1

          That's its exfoliating feature.

    • Did they have many of them?

      • Just this one on display, not sure about "out the back" or other stores

Click “Other sellers” and Amazon US should be there.

    • +1

If you buy it directly from Amazon US it's $250+10 shipping (even with prime), $260US = 353 AUD + card fees .. probably works out cheaper than from amazon au via us ..

      • But how do you ship it to Au?

        • Amazon US will ship to AU.

        • +3

I just tried comes to 392 total from Amazon us because adding gst - so I ordered through au via us for 378 - thanks OP!

With this super fast pcie 3 hard drive I'm going to extend the life significantly of an older laptop. The processor is middling and the ram is only 8G put with such fast disk for virtual memory I think it will be overall very fast and get more years from this laptop.

      • +GST.

      • This Samsung drive has faster read/write speeds than the WD Black

        • Plus WD is known for their drive shenanigans attempting to mislead customers to under deliver on what was expected (though more in HDDs than SSDs) while Samsung drives are known for reliability. It's at the point where I don't trust WD because their general attitude is screw the customer.

    • Waiting for a Gen 4 2TB….

  • Thanks, bought the 2TB 970 Evo plus for just under $350 delivered with zip pay.

  • Merged from Nokia 7.2 $263 @Officeworks

I bought one as I recently destroyed my pixel 4, and I'm impressed so far.

Deal was at Officeworks Maroochydore in Qld.

Was it clearance with a yellow tag possibly?

      • Spot on. Could have given more detail.

Yellow tag on shelf, took a photo of that to front counter,. Then the chick has a look on computer and says they don't have stock, but then looks in the cupboard and finds some.

Merged from Verbatim Vx500 120GB Portable SSD - Officeworks Bondi $14.90

From Vx500 to Sandisk Ultra sata SSD avg 170MB/s.

    • Anyone else have any luck finding this in their local store?
If so, was it in a clearance section or just amongst the regular SSDs?

  • Merged from Acer EG270P 27'' FHD Freesync IPS 144hz Gaming Monitor $178 Clearance @ Officeworks
    Go to Deal

Looks like a clearance for a pretty good 27" gaming monitor.
Spoke with staff and they mentioned there were 10 left in-stock in Richmond and Chadstone. A few other locations had a few spare stock. None left in the CBD.

Best call the store and ask to gauge stock :)

    Hope this helps

Mod: Insufficient quantity, from comments it appears that stores with stock are still $298.

    • +4

      jesus that's an amazing price

    • +1

Damn..I paid full price for this monitor 2 months ago

      • +3

Is it any good? 27 inches at 1080 made me think I shouldn't sprint out and get two. May regret this decision in 5 minutes.

        • Sounds like a decent pick for PS4/XB1 (non-pro/x) gaming

          • @Agret: PS4 does 144hz?

            • +1

@Top G: Ps4 only does 60fps on a small selection of games, let alone utilising 144, though it's still a decent monitor for those consoles

        • It's alright, I never tried 1440p or 4k at 27 inch for reference. Browsing pages I can somewhat notice the pixels but when I play games I don't notice them

    • +1

      VIC only?

      • Wondering the same thing
