  I rang Kogan mobile. And they told me that any remaining balance will be lost on recharge. For example. My current plan expires 5 Jun 2018. But I have to use this plan voucher code by 31 May 2018. I would effectively lose 5 days usage.

How would I go about applying voucher, to a service already active, in someone else's name ?
This would suit my mother, and her best friend.
Her best friend is with Kogan already, but daughter set it up for her, and her daughter is too busy (and far away) to assist.
So I would have to set everything up applying voucher code etc for mum's best friends active kogan account, which is in the daughters name.
Is it as simple as going onto active kogan mobile phone and applying voucher.

  Yes you can get one of these buy one get one free plans.
  You will receive 2 voucher codes in your email and 2 sims in the mail.
  
  Add the voucher into your mums best friend’s account to recharge or upgrade, you’ll need to know the pin for the account.
  
  For you Mum you can port her existing number to Kogan when activating, you’ll need her id details and her existing mobile account number if she’s on a post paid plan. Add the voucher code during the activation process.
