I saw this at Costco Moorabbin, VIC on Thursday 8th March 2018. It is their regular price and looks like plenty in stock.

Nice, you got more than one? The manager at the store I went to told me I was lucky to even just get one at that price (had a friend who also wanted a pair, but that was pushing it).
I asked for 2 pairs and was told no problem so at the register I asked for another as I New the store had 3 he went out the back so I must have got the last 3 at that store they were happy to sell to me at that price $247

I rang them earlier today and was told they couldn’t do the price match.
It was the standalone store in Cranbourne North, a lady served me (not sure of name), I mentioned that a friend had bought it and sent me a pic of the receipt.. I tried Cranbourne Park they said no.

Hey guys. Just a quick update on my price matching efforts around Sydney:
- JB Homebush Bay: flat out said no price matching interstate receipts (despite being from JB as well).
- JB Roselands: about 5 units in stock. The chick that answered the phone said yes initially, but after speaking to her manager, she said they can't do it.
- JB Artarmon: no dice. The sales manager said that the receipt could be "doctored" (Misam0810's receipt) and they need an original receipt to price match (Dex38313's receipt). I was like.. WTF?! They didn't budge, despite me saying it was "my friend from Melbourne that got the deal and sent me a photo of the receipt".
I'll try to head to JB Chatswood if I can head there for lunch. But.. I'll probably need to wait until Costco (hopefully) get more stock in.
Please post here if anyone sees new stock at Costco Auburn!

I called JB Chatswood - they said they wouldn't price match (something about "different sales reps have different margins to work with", so he can't do what VIC did). The guy I spoke to also said "our system says there's 8 units in stock, however there aren't any on the shop floor.. I think they may have been stolen". I've got no idea why he would say that..
1 JB manager denied a price match with a smug look. Gah. Another said over the phone they could do it for $350. I laughed and hung up.
Went to CostCo Auburn on Sunday and they didnt even have the Price nor stand up anywhere so I'd say they're not coming back.
I got JB to sell it to me for $299, i emailed and asked if they could match $299, 257 is a bit silly

just customer support, selected a store and then a manager of the store called me and said he could do the $299, i asked for the $257 and flat out said no then proceeded to say best he could do was $320; stupid since we agreed on 299
ended up grabbing the last black at 299

I don’t go out of my way to get them I was passing a JB Hi-Fi so I went in aske to buy some told then the price I want to pay as I no people have got the for 257 and I was sold 3 the store never said that’s way below cost or we’re loosing money they just sold them to me

To all the people that got these headphones from JB Hi-Fi and had to get device insurance for $42 as part of the sale I cancelled mine and got back $252 u have a 21 day cooling off period

Dex didn't return the headphones, he only cancelled the insurance component of the transaction.

I emailed a bunch of stores and got refused. So its a unicorn price match for me at least. To me jbhifi never had a true price matching unlike officeworks even though it may be below their cost. I used to work for a supplier so these stores never make a loss, they simply go after the suppliers for rebates.

JB in Eastland refused. Can do a discount of $50 on the current sale price of $449.
Further to this, they have been advised not to offer any more price matches for this with Costco.
Went to JB HiFi robina this morning, and despite the fact that they put them aside for me yesterday with the $257 price match, word came down from head office last night that there will be no more price matches (that's what they said anyway). Just letting you guys know

Correct. All sold out as each warehouse had 8 units each to sell. No more headphones are on order.

Factory seconds. Came in the original box/packaging that wasn't even opened. Everything appears to be brand new including that new plasticky smell!

Yep they should be happy to match guys, seems like cost price is very low on these. I didn't have any issue matching the $317 price at boxing day. If they say no, try another staff member/store.
