      Was not happy - overly dry, inconsistent flavour.
      They did offer refunds or replacement - so I guess that's something.

    Quality is gone downhill. Super super dry jerky these days with very little moisture left. Each piece is like chewing on plastic. My jaw still hurts :(

    havent even received the last order, and this order was placed on 21/3/2018, they said they had 800 ozbargain orders and the easter break, they will try and get it within the timeframe

      Have you had any luck contacting them directly about it? My experiences with them in the past has been inconsistent. Sometimes get order super quick, other times it'll take almost 2 weeks.

        they didnt even respond back to the email when i asked if they shipped the products yet. It wasnt until i opened up a case on paypal asking the seller directly if they have shipped the products, then they responded.

    I received my order late last week, and the quality is pretty close to perfect.
    Haven't had it in almost 2 years but its still tasty. Maybe a slightly thinner cut compared to years ago but still packed with flavour.

    I'm usually a supporter and have bought plenty over the years and recently. 40g bags are just a tease and these flavours aren't what I go for. Quality wise I think they're still trying to figure things out. First it was too dry, then last order was too wet but dried out in the bag once opened. Plus the seals on the bags keep falling off and the site doesn't run ssl yet which is just bonkers. I'm glad they're back in business as it's still my favourite jerky but they've still a few issues to work on. I wish them well and hope they make it.

    After trying Geronimo, biltong-to-go, and silvers I'd say silvers wins easily. Well dried by not overly dried, great flavours.

    Not cheap, but I know what I'll be buying in future.

    Received my order last week and I am pretty disappointed to be honest. The cuts were way too thin, way too dry and the flavour was inconsistent from pack to pack. That is the buckshot I am talking about.

    It is a shame because I really loved their jerky, but I'll be giving them a wide birth from now on. I had even purchased extra to hand out to co-workers but I have decided to not even bother, they'll just sit in the cupboard until I am p*ssed out one day.

    Hoping to receive my order today. Will hold off negging until i taste it.

    However 2x emails and no communication back as to when I would receive my order. Has been over 2 weeks since ordered.

    Should have at the very least included free shipping if lead time was going to be so terrible.

    My order from Geronimo in the last deal was far too dry. The flavours were really good once you managed to chew (or suck) it down. They also seemed to rush in the cutting phase probably to fulfill the other orders as one bag had them finely chopped and the rest of the bags were really large pieces. That doesn't bother me though.

    I wouldn't go near this mob, I went in store (Michelton) a while back and they refused to honour the online promotional price (posted to OzBargain). When I suggested that was so they could make extra profit via postage costs I got asked to leave LOL. Told them where to stick their jerky and never went back. The cafe, from most accounts, was sub par at best.

    I would advise to be very careful when ordering from them. I placed order on the 20/3 and the money got taken out immediately. Still haven’t even received shipping details even though it’s well past 10 business days. Message them multiple times on Facebook and no response , going to file for a bank dispute very soon!

    Can't they have like a 2-4 week pre-cooked batch ready for excess orders?
    Not like it's going to expiry having some already made sitting there for few weeks.

    Very dry and inconsistent in seasoning. Same batch same packet, yet some pieces are absolutely not flavoured.
    Many other good jerkies out there, this one however is over rated… Not to mention had to wait 2-3 weeks for the order. Stay away.

    Received my order from the 20/3 today so 24 days in total. Definitely the driest jerky I've ever had.. I wouldn't order it again even at 50% off tbh.

    Got my batch today, opened the "pow wow" and had one.

    Taste: 5/10, not bad, not powerful either. I didn't expect anything exciting
    Texture: 0/10, seriously the worst beef jerky I've had in my life. I've had over 10 brands from costco, aldi, woolworths, online stores and this has got to be the worst batch. Could not even chew into the first piece! It was so hard that it felt like there was a glass shard in my mouth, some of the pointy ends of the beef jerky stabbed my inner cheek. You can even SNAP the beef jerky and it makes a plastic snap noise. That's how hard it is.

    I regret buying around 10 packets. I will be giving these packets to my friends and family members to see if they like or want them.

    Sorry, I had high hopes….. but never again. Not buying again.

    So so terrible service and communication. Requested to be shipped by 7th of April due to my planned overseas trip. Never replied my emails. Reached through Facebook being said that they would check out my order, however, no reply again till today(20 days past since then). All of sudden, they sent an automated email being said that my order has been processed - don't know what 'processed' means. My family has been overseas since 12 days ago as planned, no one can take the delivery for the next one month if it has been shipped. I may see only plastic packages in front of my main entrance since mice, ants and roaches would have eaten all of the jerky- I've ordered x 40 bags! - Ridiculously terrible company.

    First time buyer and I regret buying around 4 packets (•`_´•)

    As posts above, the jerky was terrible with a plastic like texture. One of the four packets was improperly sealed at the base leading to jerky floating inside the Australia Post bag.

    Never buying again.

    I tried chilling the jerky and it’s slightly better, becomes a bit crunchy and almost palatable. Did they miss out a production process?. Maybe freezing it would help further…. or zapping in the microwave… or rehydrating and reassembling it into bovine form ? … stay tuned space cadets
