    Anyone remember the woodworm era of umbrellas? They were solid and much cheaper

        Automatic is not exactly a premium feature these days. Even a freebie umbrella I got at an event had it.

      Hell yes, I still have them and use them all the time. Absolute bargain for the price, plus they are huge. Got a comment the other day at work when it was bucketing down that "this guy's got the idea" when others were struggling with their flimsy ones.

      Still have all three, one at home, one in the car and one at work.

      I have and the metal frame is very sturdy. I havent been in huge winds but have seen some big storms and so far its green great.

      There are always a few jokers here that bring this up. I find it's useful I can easily shake the water off my Xiaomi umbrella before getting in the car or inside the house. This technology means water doesn't soak into the material. Dries quicker and leaves less water everywhere. But if this is too advanced for you then 2.80 Daiso umbrellas are always available.

    Brought one a few months ago, auto close is great when getting into car on rainy day. Bright another one for wife. I agree it’s a bit small but I’m not small neither so doesn’t help. I think would be great for ladies and small framed men. Wish they come up with larger one

          I had the same issue (if I don't buy one for my wife, I won't end up being the one who uses the one I buy lol).

    Didn't get mine from January. Put in a ticket 1 month ago and they said just wait another month. Waited another month which is now; sent in a ticket and they said we will "follow it up" but it may take another 1-2 months to resolve. Got sick of this shit so I opened a Paypal dispute. Not reliable or trustworthy. Would not be buying again from here despite the cheaper prices.

    mine broke after the first few times i used it. the whole mechanism came out of the handle and the parts spilled everywhere (the handle is very weakly attached to the shaft of the umbrella).

    would not recommend. going to spend a bit extra and get something that will last.
