  Has anyone who ordered and got cancelled received their refund yet?

  I paid by credit card and still haven't had the refund/reversal land back on my account yet.

  Already submitted one complaint via the website and got the obligatory wait 3-5 business days proforma response.

      Thanks. It looks like mine has finally arrived overnight.

      IMO, 7 days for a refund is rather poor form. Especially given their system charges your card before the order approved for dispatch.

      If they can take my money in real-time, I'd expect any refunds in cases like this to be handled likewise.

        It’s weird but my refund is now not showing on my credit card.
