      • You can use kodi on the xbox though cant you?

I currently just stream whatever video file i want from the pc to the xbox.

  • I'm looking to buy one of this or the Vodafone TV. My main question is, can the Vodafone TV be used in Europe?

  • Does this come with an Australian plug or an adapter?

    • +1

Mine just arrived and it's a nay and nay here

Edit: Actually, there's an adapter in there - it was in the wrapping and not in the box, so only noticed it as I was cleaning up!

  • I saw in one review that "there's no universal IR port on the Mi Box" so I assume that means if the factory bluetooth remote dies you are stuffed (unless other bluetooth remotes will work)?

    • I cannot see why other smilar bluetooth remote wont work with the basic functions even.

Worse comes to worse you can get rf remotes/keyboard.

      • I am guilty of posting before googling…I did some searching and I think there are also droid store apps that will work with it…just as well, the factory controller costs nearly as much as the whole box!

    • You can use any USB or bluetooth controller.

The supplied controller is not proprietary.

There is an IR receiver, but not sure if the firmware supports it.
